Same. The fact that the were amazing in the beginning was the reason I wanted the box now they are full of "cheap" quality makeup thats supposedly priced at over $40 an item 🙄not to mention I really hate that they include boxycharm branded items 🤦🏻‍♀️

And let's not overlook how shitty their customer service is. I bought a couple add ons, and they came fucked up. I ordered a K-beauty brand honey mask (I can go grab the pot if need be. I don't even know why I kept it) and it arrived exploded. Honey mask goo all over everything. In the same package was some Pur CC cream I ordered in Warm tan. They sent me Deep tan. I thought "maybe they just changed the name", and went to try it on.. I'm tan, but I am not pure cacao tan, which is what Deep Tan was. I contacted them and in order to get a refund or replacement, I needed to send back the original yellow envelope the two items came in. The same envelope covered in honey goo. I had pictures of it, but they "needed the bag for their investigation"... Seriously? You sent a fragile jar, with an apparently pressurized product in a plain yellow envelope, and you can't work out how it exploded in transport.... You sent the wrong color foundation, but including the envelope will help you look at your sales log? Mmmmmmm, k. But I think the final straw for me was when they sent me Grace and Stella "Energy drink for eyes" eye masks, and every packet in the box was dry with dehydrated eye masks. In the same box they also sent Ciate Color Flip eye Shadow, but it was out of date and you could see through the clear tube that the product was dehydrated and separated. Customer Service didn't even reply to that email (and good luck if you try to call them).. So that is at least 4 products I paid for that I can never use nor give away, and their Customer Service is atrocious.

That’s exactly how I feel and with the price increases I feel like the products are getting worse and not better. I love skincare but I have become overwhelmed by all the skin care. Im just saving my money now to use up my stash so I can finally purchase things I do want.

I was on the waait list for the original Boxycharm when it was only $19 (I think}, and I was so excited that they actually put palettes in their boxes❗

I cancelled mine too after this month I got no makeup in this months box at all and that’s what I subscribed for it sucks and the value wasn’t there

@@Mollyrae0607 I believe the only “makeup” I received this month was one liquid lipstick lol. I went a few months in a row where the only makeup I got was some lip liner I believe

@@MariaGabrielle10 seriously I got the mascara she got but like I don’t even consider that makeup it’s been horrible. I tried to cancel before this month and they didn’t tell me I was being sent an email and also had to hit cancel on that email even though I hit cancel twice on the site so I got charged,m. Made sure to look for that email for the next time that they didn’t send so had to go on and try again till they sent the email

10/10 recommend that moonshine tasting! And going to Gatlinburg lol I traveled there and did that tasting a few years ago and it’s one of my favorite trips I’ve taken!

It can also be caused by some anti psychotic/depression drugs. I had it bad pre-Covid because of the drugs, Covid seems to have reversed the problem. 🤦🏽‍♀️

I had Covid in Dec 2020 and still have the brain fog issues, though they aren't as bad as they were in the first 6 months.

My hubby tried that too when we were at The Island. I was like ok dear, whatever you want to do. I'm going to the cookie store lol

@@craft_yplanning1012 ya me and my stepdad did it and my mom shopped around elsewhere. I am such a lightweight I got drunk off the samples. It’s quite a bit like 12+ half or quarter shots of moonshine.

@@craft_yplanning1012 so sorry for your loss :( I can’t imagine the day I lose my stepdad, dad and/or my mom. I lost 3 of 4 my grandparents 2019-2021 and that was rough but my parents I literally cannot imagine.

@@Nooorrriii it was a pain that was unreal. It was a tough time because 6 months before losing him, I had a miscarriage and then I lost him 6 days before my birthday. So it wasn't a good year around that time. But I found out I was pregnant with my rainbow baby a month after losing my dad. So after I recovered from the shock, it really helped me get through that. I hope you have a long time still with your parents. Cherish every memory you make with them ❤

They let people who were subscribed still order from drop shop and the big sales events ive been unsubbed since December and I am still able to order from the drop shop and sales events

Maybe it’s because it’s Waterproof so the formula is supposed to stay dry unlike contacts which are def not supposed to be dry lol
