I don’t eat burgers no more like I used to 😂😂😂😂once in a while 😂😂😂😂😂bread too I try to stay away it’s not easy but I try 😂😂😂 and I’m cooking more so I can control everything salt, sugar , oil etc…so that’s another key 😂😂😂 😂.
