She didn't give him up, she did what many would do and I don't see blame her. To her it was a one in a life time thing to have a year to her dad. Just like if it was reversed I 100% wouldn't blame Shawn to give up a chance to be with his dad and spend real time with him

I think the writers made it that way. That Shawn would never have security forever. That anything he has good, would suddenly leave. That's why he said 'Goodbye Angela' when she told him not to. He knew that once Angela walked out that door, she wasn't coming back. As for GMW, it's the typical kind of Disney show. That's why it's not as good. BMW was an amazing show, talked about real life issues, targeted at teenagers coming of age, and even adults could watch it because it was good. GMW, was Disneyfied. I'm not against Katy. Maybe it was just meant to be. Maybe Shawngela wasn't meant to be forever. But they'd always be first love. They taught each other how to love. They taught each other how to hold someone you love close and tight, because if they leave, everything would go wrong. Shawn and Angela were soulmates. It's okay though, Shawn's happy, Angela's happy. Maybe they'd end up together in the future.

If you ask me, Shawn was too good for Corey. Like in the work-study episode when Shawn was excelling at it and Corey wasn’t, instead of being happy for him, he was extremely jealous! And to me that episode showcases just how one sided that friendship is. Corey literally says that Shawn is the screwup and shouldn’t be succeeding in life! Corey didn’t deserve a friend like Shawn!

is just me who hated that he married another randoom woman from GMW just to be Maya´s new dad? I mean, Angela saw he growing up. For me just this fact made me pretend GMW never existed. I get it the lesson that was gave, but it feels so wrong. Like all the effort he puts on Angela was for nothing.
