Just ordered the HK5,, Can't wait to try it out. Love the robust look, and I prefer a larger knife. Plus,, helping a small business in Ukraine during war time just seems the right thing to do.

BS3FTS from BPS is a copy of the Mora Companion with full tang, leather sheath and wooden handle scales. Well worth a look at

Seems to be good bang for the buck. I like a "good" bargain. Never heard about "1066" carbon steel. I think the steel is 59-60HRC hardness. This knife will rust, but I oil all mine regular. Thanks for testing and sharing!

I purchased the adventurer from BPS, pretty much the same knife but without the finger grooves in the handle. Definitely worth every cent I paid for it. This one looks like a winner as well, although I usually don’t like to be pigeonholed into handles with finger grooves as I like to move my hand position around the handle depending on the task. Great knives though. I also have the BPS Savage. Good little camp/food prep knife.

I have this knife. It has the sharpest blade I have ever bought. It also has the best 90° spine I have ever bought! I filed the rear tang and it can throw sparks from a ferro rod now! Excellent knife and sheath.

I also have such knife, using it for several years, the quality is superb 👍

Good to see it has a sharp spine. That's my only complaint about a Mora Companion, or any of the other lower cost versions. The Bushcraft Black, Kansbol, Eldris, and Garberg all have nice sharp spines. I have one of each of them, but the ever popular Companion does not, nor do any of the other standard models. Still great knives, but the BPS line is a nice option if you like the old school materials of wood and leather. I've yet to pick one up, but I've never heard anyone that has a bad thing to say about them.

Also, I hate to think that the bombing in the Ukraine might have damaged or destroyed where these knives are made! I hope not!

I wouldn't really call that a "little" knife though. More like a medium size
