Best to be worn on the right hand wrist as on the left, because of the screen size and dial irritates the back of the hand and would regularly press the dial button.

@@stevenjohnson7442 there is a option at the settings on the watch, turn off the when you move your hand and it will stop you from hitting.

Eu tenho um desse é muito bom de bateria mas de 8 dias ainda tem bateria mesmo mexendo e é muito vale apena compra n só por causa bateria mas é bem bonito

You can try via Bluetooth but I suggest use the app which is recommended and not any other app.
