“WOW” Thank you for this recipe. I looked at many KZfaq videos before deciding on yours and here is the verdict. The only deviation is that I brined for 10 days, I had a large brisket and cooked it for 4,5 hours. The result was as good as the most famous of them all: Swartz Montreal smoked meat. Simply the best corned beef we have ever had. A big thank you. 👍👍
