Working a 10+ hour day in labor, plus driving a commute to LA every day, making it to the gym afterwards while having a family is hard. Hearing Greg and Brad say it’s not easy, but for them it can be easier because of the circumstances they have is amazing to me. All these other influencers saying “you can do it if you try, and just look at me” is BS. I’m a father, construction worker, and most importantly a normal day to day guy. Thank you guys! Acknowledging that for most of us it isn’t easy, and to set realistic goals. Always been a fan of you 2, but this made it even better. 🤙🏽
