I’m 83 years old and I find this show so interesting on topics I would never think of. I just forwarded this to my grandson. From health, and healthy foods, to bodybuilding, to politics, to religion, to plain old ordinary life, and so much bullshit. SO MUCH WAS LOST!!! God help us…………

GREAT interview with Chris. Jay Cutler was my main influence when I started competing in my 20s in the early 2000s. Other than becoming a US Marine, bodybuilding and competing (as Chris stated) is the toughest thing I've ever done. I had multiple NPC wins in my 20s, left competing to start a family, then came back at 40 to win a Masters and this year at 45 I won Masters Classic and Bodybuilding in which Chris inspired my routine. Bodybuilding is great because if you desire to challenge yourself it's an individual sport. Like Chris I have a great Dr and Coach that monitor my health and progress. I love bodybuilding and will continue to do it as long as I can.

I love when Pat is very passionate about a certain subject. It just makes this content that much better and engaging seeing him light up from answers is just awesome. Keep it up gentlemen love the podcast

How does this not have at least 1M views after 2 weeks? Been following Chris since 2020, his meal ideas helped me during the very start of lockdown. I've not been into bodybuilding for the past year or 2, but always checked on Chris during his prep to the finals to see if he's won - he doesn't disappoint.

I’m a project manager at Sony . I listened to your 10 traits you see in leaders you want to develop before my 1 on 1 sessions today and pointed out the aura and initiative. Great video.

I've seen the comments and yes this man is juiced like every single body builder out there whose ever made a career of it. However, the amount of training and discipline required to not just reach the Mr. Olympia stage, but also win multiple times, is absolutely extraordinary. The various injections these competitors take is really just a tool that allows them to train longer and recover faster than us average people can. The work still must be done and it's absolutely brutal. Couple that with the dietary discipline where every calorie must be accounted for and you end up with a lifestyle that truly is made for less than 1% of the world.

35:11 the crazy thing about serge nubret is that if he were to compete today he would actually meet the classic physique weight limit for his height, so I think he’s the true “classic” standard physiques should be compared against today.

What an articulate, humble, down to earth human being Chris is, easy to see why he has so many followers and is so admired. An example of why being a good person is the most important thing.

I’ve never heard of this guy but very well done. I’m a personal trainer and I have some body goals and always feel like I’m falling short. Hearing his story and listening to him talk, I’m reminded that it’s okay to stay in my own lane. I’m a mom of four boys and aspire to teach them about weight lifting to stay healthy as they get older. No desire to compete. Just making sure I’m doing better than myself and keep pushing 💪🏻

Holy shit me and Christopher share the same auto immune disease. Iga Nephropathy sucks. It slowly takes out your kidneys over time. I've had it since I was 8 years old after a bout with Strep-throat. Its a common secondary disease caused by strep. I'm 28 years old now and have been on PD dialysis for a year. Hearing his story has motivated me to get back in the gym. I thought that I had to give up weight lifting because of my disease.

Please tell me y’all are gonna make clips from this podcast. I would love to hear Chris’s thoughts on Trudea as well as steroids.

Very impressive to win 5 x. It’s an art , body building. I’ll never forget watching Pumping Iron and seeing Arnold Schwarzenegger for the first time and how he compared to the other body builders. He was in perfect proportion. That to me is an art. A lot of hard work to get all the measurements to work. This guy has a beautiful body.

I worked with Hany for 2 years he only will work with if he thinks he can take you far he turned down my friend for prep cause he thought he wouldn't be a top guy. I enjoy coaching someone from nothing to make them something. Hany is great though to make good even better.

This podcast is so versatile. Chris is the goat. Love everything about this.

Regarding Trudeau there is currently a petition in Parliament e-4701 to call for a non-confidence vote re Trudeau. As of yesterday there were over 280,000 signatures on this petition. The petition closes on December 24th and then it is brought to Parliament. This is within a country of approx 39 million people.

That was a collide of my worlds. Amazing:)
