Whatever you said 100% correct . I'm girl in early 20s and everybody say around me that I'm look like 15 16 yrs old and glow on my face is same as on new born baby face . I'm just do exercise, meditation, 3 ltr water daily and basic face wash and moisturizer, eat vegetarian food , no spicy food in my diet . No attraction towards boys . Make yourself busy towards studies , and other hobbies cooking , plantation and feeding birds animals.

I started my bhramcharya long ago... Did for 2 months, and lost.. But now I knew what to do and what not to. Took a long break from social media. And, Completed a total of 7 months. But then i didn't do anything but lost my virya... Though it doesn't count because i didn't do anything nor watched any bad thing... But i count it as my defeat and now 1 month completed again. And i promise i will never get defeated again. My goal is to follow bhramcharya till tomorrow. And as we know there is no tomorrow. Chant Hare Krishna Mahamantra and be Happy...

@@RadheRadheRadheRadhe233 Don't watch any Adult video. Many people don't watch p0#n but watch short romantic videos. Avoid them. Always spend at least 10 minutes in a day for prayers/puja. Have a pure vegetarian diet. No non veg, no onion and no garlic. And most importantly, you will get many urges for sure but, try to ignore them. Don't touch your private part and don't even think of them. Whenever you get dirty thought, try to focus on something else. Avoid bathing without clothes. Always wear your underwear and have a bath. Try to exercise more and more because 'Virya' is a very powerful substance. To hold that in your body, you need to make yourself strong. If you are under 18, consider doing basic exercises like Surya namaskar, 2 to 5 pushups, Dand baithak, running. Goal is to let your sweat out of your body. Har din paseena baha. That's all. Follow these rules and try to avoid social media until you have 80 percent or more control on yourself.

Whenever you feel like giving up or your private part enlarges and all, just focus deeply on something unromantic and strongly refuse the sensation. I'm now going great. My mantra is just develop strong hate regarding sexual topics.
