Last year 2023 i faced so many challenges in my life,each and every day was difficult for me.Both my mental & physical health deteriorated so much. Shree krishna brought new hope and had given new life to me I want to become scientist in astronomy and just 14 months are left for my exam. All these incidents happens to become more strong and to do something unique.Iam using Time track illusion and brahmacharya from last 1 week faced difficulties but will be consistent upto last second.

I have a question as I know what is my priority. Mai try bhi karti hu wo karne ka but consistency bilkul bhi nahi ban pati. Mind automatic wo kaam karwane lagta jisme use maja ata h like ghanto shorts dekhna movies dekhna and I have been trying for a long time to wake up early in the morning, but one day I woke up with great force and the next day the same thing happened again like der tak sona. I just want to know how to bring consistency in my life. I know what is important to do right now, yet a lot of external force has to be applied to do it.

Join library and go there in morning then you would be able to wake up early and focus on your work, stop watching shorts I've done the same, do your work for 2hrs continue then take small break
