Ive gotten used to the braided look. Since my hair is soft, I have to have them more secure or they will slip out. Plus I like the braided look

I’m right there with you. It never bothered me but I have come to actually like the braided look on mine too!

I braided mine tight and I’m on like day 4 and you can barely tell there braids they look like small dreads

Oh wow!! That’s amazing and most people’s dream to be able to do them tightly and still have the pattern start disappearing quickly 🙌🏾

I didn’t use anything special on my hair when I braided it. Just washed my hair the night before I started and put a little hair oil on it.

Yeah that’s exactly what I did. Braided it all up and left it alone and after several months, the magic starts happening. And interlocking the new growth every 5-6 weeks
