2 lb Duck Wings
50g Rock Sugar
30g Ginger
30g Garlic
2 Cinnamon Stick
10g Peppercorn
10g Star Anise
10g Cloves
1/2 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1/3 cup Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 Stalk Green Onion
2 Cups Water
1 Tbsp Cooking Wine
