"Braised pork & eggs (Taiwanese cuisine)" (serves: 10)
Ingredients:
💛 Pork belly + lean pork (arm shoulder): 2kg
💛 Eggs: 15~20
💛 Garlic: 1 clove
💛 Rock sugar: 10g
💛 Shaoxing wine: 1 tablespoon
💛 Salt to taste
💛 Drinking water to cover the pork
Directions:
👉1. Cook the egg
👉2. Cut the pork
👉3. Seasoning the pork & the eggs in a wok and cook (with garlic, Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, sugar & salt)
👉4. Collect lard (& stored for other purposes)
👉5. Collect the eggs. Store part of the braised pork in boxes and freeze it for later use.
👉6. Transfer the braised eggs to the wok again and cook with some broth & a little salt.
