Braised Pork Recipe | Pork Adobo with Potato and Bell Peppers

This video will show you how to cook a pork belly recipe similar to adobong baboy. It tastes as good, you will love it!
Here are the ingredients:
2 lbs. pork belly, cubed
2 pieces potato, cut unto large cubes
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 pieces dried bay leaves
5 cloves garlic
1 piece onion, chopped
3 cups water
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Salt to taste

Cooked it yesterday but the pork belly I used had more fats than meat. Masarap kaso medyo maraming fats ang end result. Susubokan ko ulit next time pero kasim gagamitin ko para less fats. Salamat sa recipe! 🥰
