Can they build the Polluck in this community? The Polluck is a David Weekley model in Tampa Hamlin Park. Lots way too small in Hamlin Park.

Hi Kelly, thanks for your comment. This community has a couple corner lots that are around 0.25 acres. Most new construction communities will have smaller lots, but there are a few that offer larger lots in the area. A pre owned home with a large lot could be an option too.

Q. Is it (isn’t it) just totally “extra” to include “area”?! Is it an Office or an Office area? Just sounds so unprofessional to constantly add all the extra “verbiage.” Rather sophomoric and improper. These are designated rooms by the designer/architect/draftsperson… and the blue print never has “area.” It is dining or dining room, not dining area; nor office area. I wish the realtor’s exam also included the basics of how to sell, and not just test for rote and recall.
