Brand new John Deere 6135E Transmission slipping 6135e Baling hay

Brand new John Deere 6135E with a slipping transmission. The dealer came and looked at it after the video was made and said the clutches in the splitter pack was in fact burned up and that the tractor would have to be split to repair.

This is called : Mexico . We were shopping for a replacement for our JD6400 and came across the 6E series ... Took us 15minutes to figure out that they are not worthy of being labeled JDs ... We purchased a 6130R instead . We have 8 other JDs on the farm . Good day guys .

Tractors are supposed to be better than that. I would have been upset when they said it would be a week before they could look at it. Bought two tractors would think they would have been right out to give some kind of diagnosis. Keep us posted on it.

He's bought stuff from 3 different dealers over the past 6 years and all of them seem like they could care less after the sale. They promise the world before you buy, but after your just a number.

yep, wires everywhere and stupid exhaust fluid. It's all good till it breaks which doesn't seem to take very long lol

Just seen this video did he ever get the 6135e fixed and what was the problem I have one too but no problems yet with it.

They had to split it to repair it and they had it for about 6 months before he got it back. They told him the clutch pack burned up due to a manufacturing defect...

For something that cost over 100k you would expect it to break in 50 hrs? You must be a deca millionaire! Or have very low expectations! If you buy a 100k pickup do you expect it to break in 2 weeks also.

@@LifeWithChase - Our 3 3130JDs are timeless ... Reliable at another level most prob will prove thouger than the 6130R we just bought ;) ... We'll know in 30 years LOLOLOL . Nice video Life with Chase .

Them tractors are not cheap. I'm think 2 had to be 100K or more . New tractor split in half , yikes that's not good . I hope it gets fixed right because that NH sure wasn't a great tractor . I was looking at the deere tractors 5000 series all from India it seems . Just a basic open station gear shift with loader 50 hp $45K . No thank you Deere 😅

I believe he told me 92k for the 6135e and 65k for the 5100E as equipped. So far they have both been better than the new holland he had I think he's gonna wait till after hay season to get the 6135E repaired because they don't have a loaner tractor for him to use.
