I was a mom that took a moment to pause back in the early 2000’s, not wanting my 6 year old to idolize a scantily dressed teenager. That’s a fair concern, any mom would agree I’m sure. (Barbie not being innocent in this conversation just because her head is smaller). My daughter ended up LOVING all Bratz and we invested a small fortune in them, what memories she has of loving her Bratz 💝 She’s 24 now, a fashionista in her own right. Age appropriate clothing doesn’t equate to, or negate women’s rights, victimization, or crimes. Overly exposing our kids to sexualization is an important conversation. We must always be careful as to not rewind 100 years. We fought pretty hard to be thought of as more than “T & A” if you know what I mean. 💕big Mom hug.

Man, i'm SO happy we live in a time where we actually work to make the world a safer place where girls and boys can wear whatever the heck they want and don't feel afraid to be themselves. Yasmin's secondary outfit is my favorite. Sasha and Jade's main outfits are my top pick. Never had Bratz before, but I was able to find Sasha at Hot Topic. It's my birthday this month so I had to get her. I love her skirt so much 🥰

I don't like Sasha's long skirt. She looks better with the mini skirt instead if one takes off the attachment. But that's just me though.

i feel like my favorites are sasha and jade's main outfits, yasmin has the best secondary outfit, and cloe has the most cohesive wardrobe as a whole :))

I absolutely remember Lilith Fair, although I was never at a show. Sarah McLachlan was one of my favourite singers when I was in university, and I also liked Jewel, Sheryl Crow, and many of the other artists in the festival. I was sad when the reboot in 2010 flopped, but it showed how times had changed. I saw Sarah in concert here in Canada around 2005 (she lives in my province so came to my smaller city), and I was amazed at how good her voice was live.

Remember when I bought my first bratz doll and it was the formal funk Yasmin, she was soo stunning with her long blue gown 😍I gave and sold off most of my dolls in my teens... So I am thinking of getting the new production dolls now that I see why I loved them, the clothing was better quality and cooler than other doll lines at the time 😮Oh my moms habit of collecting is starting to wear off on to me😅

I’m so bad that I gave away my OG dolls and accessories I had. I had this plastic file folder to hold their clothes and such in. Part of the Bratz fan club I joined 20 years ago. OMG whhhy past me? I wish I could afford any of the 20th anniversary dolls. I miss Bratz dolls and the movies!

My daughter didn’t really like bratz dolls as much she liked the myscene dolls and Barbie we have so many in the box ( when she got given doubles for gifts ) as well as Some big play sets and carry cases I need to go into our loft and sort them all out some might be valuable but it doesn’t matter as they wouldn’t be sold they are my daughters

Hey, everyone is allowed to love toys and dolls, no matter the age. The only thing that matters it that they bring you joy! So if you have the money, go ahead and buy the dolls you love! :D Life is too short to bother with what others would think

@@ThisAccIsRedacted Well, if you say so. I might get the dolls as I played with Bratz during my childhood years. For the makeup line by Revolution, I'm getting the Sasha cosmetics as I'm black. I do know that some of the eyeshadow colors (such as blue, green) won't look good on me. I mostly good with the gold/phoenix based colors.

Mmmm... Idk how the Bratz dolls are "curvy"... I mean they're thin and have big heads lol... Barbie's proportions have always been unrealistic, but so have Bratz...

Cloe's outfit is nice, it matches. Sasha's doesn't make sense to me since nothing matches at all! Pink and white? Maybe a black top and jean like pants (length of the white ones) and it would look great! Yasmin's pretty but her face makeup throws me off. Not a fan of Jade's outfit either! Makes no sense/does not match and doesn't compliment her well tbh. Nontheless Sasha is my favorite, well the doll and the second shoes. Not the second outfit.
