Marcelo Garcia is such a caring coach. open minded coach. A true champion, a coach of champions, and clearly someone who still enjoys being a student. Braulio Estino is great. I love like this. Two great martial artists, world class champions and coaches learning from one another and passing knowledge down to others.

Pure gold. Before COVID, I was able to put these concepts to use on the mat, and see them work successfully. And on top of that, the friendship and respect here is also pure gold.

The Kids Aren't Alright by the Offspring. I think it's awesome Marcelo always has rock music while rolling. Most gyms seem to have rap/hip hop which not everyone appreciates.

Does anyone know the name of the first guy he is rolling with? He is a white guy, black belt, and they looked to have a pretty good roll... I met him there at the academy really nice guy, but cant remember his name.

He injured his hand in his match at the Worlds against Galvao and then again when fighting Rodolfo. The hand and Knuckles are swollen.

man...these guys would get pounded in a street fight....JOKE!! these guys are real life super heroes!!!! MY friends started BJJ in a small Province in Canada 15 years ago. they used to huddle around a grainy old VHS instrcutional and watch leg locks over and over again....the only other optio was very expensive trips to the US / Brazil. Now You Tube really is awesome! thanks!

TechNACITYbjj it’s a blessing and a curse.... it’s too easy for people to work on a move they see on KZfaq for a while and then get bored before they have fully mastered it and move on to something else- there’s always something else shiny to get distracted by because there is so much content. When there were limited instructionals available, they would really focus on the same thing over and over and over again because there was nothing else to move onto. Blessing and a curse.
