Morirò da re translates to “I’ll die as a king” and he is speaking to Marlena which is the group’s muse and inspiration and she also represents hope, creativity and everything like that so from my interpretation he is saying that by creating art he will die as a king❤️

The setting of 'Morirò da Da Re' is a typical day of a traveling circus of the 1800s with the freak phenomena, before, during and after the performance, you find something interesting by looking for 'Morirò da Re - the making of | Måneskin 'r Find an intervention by Damiano that says 'in essence we wanted to create a double world, the first sad, the second world, that of the wonderfully happy freak ... basically (the meaning is) do as the fuck you want and you will always be happy, Baby ... ' :)

Nobody understands Damiano is the drag queen at the end, Victoria (bassist) is the white to dark angel, Thomas (guitarist) is the boy painted in blue and Ethan (drummer) the sword/snakes guy. Nobody pays close attention to the video.

PRONUNCIATION (UK accent): Mo - as in "more" ri - as the "ree" in "reek" (Italian has a slightly different "r" sound, but that's ok anyway) rò - as in "rot" da - as in "dash" re - r + "e" as it sounds in "quEstion" (you can listen to Damiano during the chorus for an actual example) The song is once again (like torna a casa) about Marlena, a personification of their muse, their inspiration, their art, their will to be free and sincere. Well, NJ, in this song title out of 5 syllables there are 4 Italian Rs; you sure picked a challenge there. Just think that Ethan, the drummer, has a slight speech impediment, what we call a "limp R"; basically the way he says it, it sounds more like a cross between a "v" and French. Quite posh, actually. So when the others want to make fun, they ask him to say the title of this song. But in the lyrics it takes up half the chorus, so just listen to Damiano: 02:07 "amore, accanto a te, baby, accanto a te, io MORIRÒ DA RE"... (Love, by your side, baby, by your side, I'LL DIE A KING") P.S. In the video, Ethan, the drummer, is the guy with the snakes. Damiano, the vocalist, is the drag queen.

Yesss unlike the BTS are not designed at the table but are more free-range! They play together since middle school, they are friends not because the entertainment majors have prepared them for years and then assembled them together, but they found each other, they chose each other, they are free, authentic and above all they made themselves, Damiano did not receive daily lessons to learn how to move on stage, if you notice the choreographies of BTS are always almost always the same moves and there is very little artistic, there is no aesthetics or poetry, see Torna a casa (Back to Home), Vent'anni (Twenty years old), Coraline, Le parole lontane (The distant words), etc ... but they were conceived to be a product to sell and make as much money as possible, the Korean majors are terrible and their contracts are like noose around the neck for musical bands, unfortunately they are not free in anything, not even to have relationships, absurd and shameful!

I don't know why you felt the need to compare BTS with Maneskin,they are in completely different genres and even if they were in any way similar it's not okay to trash another artist to bring up another.And I probably can't change your mind but please don't confuse BTS with kpop in general, the company that BTS is signed to doesn't impose any of the restrictions that you mentioned, BTS write their own music and contribute to the choreography (one member was a street dancer and another one was a trained contemporary dancer), it may seem surprising but two members came from the underground rap scene, these two being the main songwriters and producers in the group.They came from nothing and were underdogs in that manufactured industry, they have been togheter for over a decade if we count the training time, their contract expired a year ago and they decided to continue this jurney because they love eachother and what they do.Believe me, I used to think exactly like you but I was proved wrong,if you like authenticity then you will most likely like BTS as people if not their music.Before I leave I want to give you a song suggestion if you ever want to give them a chance - "Black Swan" with captions (you can turn them on when you find the video) , the song is about the fear of losing their love for music. I'm sorry for any grammar mistakes, I'm not a native speaker!

Don't make thoughtless comments if you have not done research or taken the time to actually know BTS as artists. If you did you would know how full of shit your comment is. BTS was only able to become as big and successful as they are because they are free and authentic. I don't think they would have connected to fans from all different age groups and countries, nor made fans who have stayed fans for years if they were just fake manufactured music as you suggest. BTS are absolute standard breakers from the time they came up, challenging social boundaries and limits especially on the youth. They experiment in so many different genres and have addressed so many "risky" topics including mental health, social classes, interpersonal relationships, and so much more and have been so positive and a light for so many people. So reducing them to their "similar" dance moves and implying they aren't authentic, but rather "put together" is a huge slap in the face. They decided to chase dreams just like Maneskin, and they put the work in just as Maneskin has. Maneskin debuted in 2016, BTS debuted in 2013. They've been working and grinding. In fact, the company they can from was close to bankruptcy in the beginning. They faced so many hardships, but because they were true to their music and loved one another truly they became one of the greatest bands in history. BTS chose each other.. you can't stay in a band for so many years if you aren't a team. BTS are a team and Masneskin are a team. And although you are blind to BTS' absolute artistry and hard work, that is just you. BTS and Maneskin have created such beautiful art and I respect them both and will continue to follow their journeys. Your comment was very thoughtless, reductive, and just stupid. Respect the artists.

Love how you felt the need to compare them to BTS. That just makes no sense. Both artists work hard and are authentic to their craft, and are results of different social environments. Maneskin never grew up in a country where music was dominated by companies like SM, YG, and JYP for instance. There is huge cultural differences too that influence the music and they way each group maneuvers. BTS have been destroying social norms, music genres, and their role as leaders for the youth. I think maneskin is similar in this regard. I love both artists because they both have done so much for me. So again, you comparing them is really unfair and offensive. Just keep that in mind. Anyway, Morirò da Re is pure art. The song is so goof.
