Nat , actually very good. Just hate all chief stews because she feels she's better. To tell the truth she kinder than Kate and Hannah when it comes to green stews! But she thinks if she spew her verbal nonsense she feels someone will become Intimidated! Laugh so hard. She's like that girl on MARTHA'S VINYARD THEY THING IF YOU ACT TOUGH WITH YOUR WORDS IT'S INTIMIDATING! YOU BOTH SPEAK LOUD AND NOT SAYING NOTHING! hey I'm French and I am so happy that a French person is included! He's not up to par mainly cause his English is shit, he's far from being bad and having bad work ethics! Communication is key but I hate when I hear him struggle and not use the right words and no one sees beyond that

No, Kyle is the big brother no one wants, pretends to be your best friend, then throws you under the bus at every opportunity he gets. Natalia seems to know it, but keeps buying into it. It will implode again, when Kyle is shown up for being lazy again or doesn’t get his own way. He’s toxic.

@@JuliaB1955 I think he just needs to be motivated in a different way. He is French and even said it's a very different experience working with an English crew vs what he's used to. With his own people he probably fit right in. Here everyone is amped up and it's a culture shock physically and mentally. I think he's self-protecting being goofy and trying to be silly. And he's probably genuinely exhausted. He can do good but I don't think beating him down is going to result in success. Look what happened to poor Jason when they froze him out of the group.

Back in the day, ppl of French decent was worshipped in this country...the language was mesmerizing.....but Max and LuAnn's boyfriend Jock? changed all that...can't understand a single world these guys are saying and reading caps isn't fun....I hope Sandy fires the guy, if only to give fans someone that can complete a sentence.

Below Deck Mediterranean should have a captain like in Adventures, Sailing Yacht or Below Deck with Captain Lee. Captain Sandy Yawn is oppressive, favoritist and dictatorial. She only thinks about her interests and kills the crew.

I don’t agree with that statement at all. Captain Lee is no nonsense. He doesn’t like bickering or a crew member talking back. He hates laziness. He’s never allowed anyone to steer the boat out never. He was terrible to Alec who had a Captain license. He almost fired Kelly because he was hung over & hurt his arm, so he couldn’t put the slide up. He got mad at the engineer for not keeping his shirt on. I love captain Lee so this is just an observation. Captain Sandy is stern also. However, she loves to give the crew chances to learn on the boat. Always does. If you have initiative she will help you in the industry for your personal career. She’s fine this for three crew members. One of the issues that Sandy had was she never had a good chef on board. Adam was lazy & would put onions in all good just because the client didn’t asked not to have on his preference sheet. The next year, he did good, but forgot always to feed the crew. They had the Russian girl, then they had the stew become the chef. Then, kilo who was nice but had challenges. She ended up with Tom who was a diva. Only these past few seasons did she get a good chef. Anyway, I think they’re all good, with different styles.

It wasn't "patronizing" to ask how long she had been on yachts. She had only done it 3 years, and a "year" here seems to be a 3-month season. A lot of the crew members seem like marginal people who go on alcohol-fueled binges every 4 days.
