@@MOMO220 Just go to a Brazilian steakhouse, preferably Fogo de Chão and see with your own eyes, in the USA they use a lot of spices and in the end you don't feel the taste of the meat, in the Brazilian barbecue only coarse salt is used which allows you to feel the real taste of the meat you are eating, that makes all the difference!

My Brazilian friend from UFC, Sabrina Almeida, cooked good. Pao de qeijo, cheese bread. And then, vegan and BBQ versions of Brazilian shepherd's pie. And vegan and meat versions of bean stew. Yum. There are a couple of Brazilian restaurants open from ten years ago that have since closed, some cafes with good sugar cane juice, and all you can eat BBQs. I used to eat breathe capoeira so I used to try to hang out with Brazilians to absorb their cool. But yum.

Epic, indeed. My cousin Ryanka Feu lives in Brazil with her new baby daughter. It's kind of hectic right now with the Lulans versus the Bolsanarans, but we can pray for progressive peace and returning order. Wow, street food style. Brazilian food BBQ is definitely serious and no joke. I like the sides, too. Especially plantains and fresh collard greens.

Hello Rockstar Eater, as a Brazilian that actually lives in Brazil, i have to say: Almost everything in this tent is legit BUT the Sandwich! That's not Brazilian food... You even said yourself: "I never saw this in a Brazilian Restaurant", and you'll never see it in streets either... Well, that's because this sandwich its their invention... They made it up for you American guys (I say it with a pinch of envy, because it looks delicious)!

The Picanha Cheese Bread is actually the bread made out of cheese. it's called "pao de queijo" it's a yucca powder mixed with cheese, that makes the bread. very popular in brazil. adding ingredients in the middle became very common as well. but certainly not picanha. usually ham, turkeybreast, cheese, etc.

Chicken hearts (and also livers) are so delicious. They are in short supply because you only get one tiny piece from each chicken but they are still cheap because nobody eats them. It seems most people would rather pay a premium price for a big old piece of bland chicken breast. I don’t understand it.

This is Mar Vista. Little Brazil is actually right down the street on Venice from like Sepulveda to Overland. You should try Pampas Grill in the shopping center on Venice/Overland. They sell by the pound 🤷🏾‍♂️

In Brazil we have the low cost bbq skewers, usually close to bus stops. These bbq skewers are commonly called "cat barbecue" or "churrasquinho de gato" in brazilian portuguese. On fridays is common to see the workers before taking the bus tasting the "churrasquinho de gato" with a beer to "start the weekend" xD.

@@j.c.5016 Hahaha yes! Unfortunately, the origin of the nickname is uncertain, but it is popularly called that because the meat is so low quality (because it uses less noble parts of the ox) that the skewers can only be from a cat (because it is a domestic animal very found in Brazil) xD

This is the way street food should be presented . Really clean and profesional with a great taste better than a meat restaurant I believe . The point is to share a good concept . I've have seen many brasiallian restaurants not being accepted into many countries and societies because when it becomes a local restaurant or franchise it doesn't become very popular also the price increases without any cause . I appreciate how smart they are working. Chinese food and any other Asian food could be sold this way too but they all have a different vision and when they start working this way in western countries they lost credibility in their quality which is nonsense because in Asia street food is the best .

I've always wanted to go to Brazil 🇧🇷. Is the bbq expensive over there? I've only been to all you can eat brazilian bbq here in Los Angeles. Pretty expensive. Delicious but expensive.
