Sylmar born and raised. Been going to this food truck since it opened and the owner is very kind since I've been a regular. I tip generously every time and he hooks it up with free food or drinks. I forgot my wallet one time and he said the food was on the house since he knew I regularly picked up food for me and my mom. Everything is made fresh and never misses on the quality and taste. Glad this place is getting the recognition it deserves!

You’re a real one for actually using the salsa with your food cause most Mexican food reviews I see on KZfaq done by non-Mexicans don’t even use the salsa lol salsa is they key for more flavor plus a nice kick! Good video overall 👍🏻

Thanks for the video, I drove 30mins to try them. Very good and authentic food! Meats are juicy and I totally loved the tongue meat! Horchata water was delicious as well! Definitely coming back to eat a lot more 😋

My fav taco truck is LA Bagel (yep!) on Sunset and Coronado. They are right next door to my former fav taqueria, Mariela's. My neighborhood, I don't travel far for food, nor do I wait in lines. Thanks for your efforts, Steve!

Marielas on 3rd st used to be so good back in the 90s when they had just opened. Never had a chance to try the one on Sunset though.

@@susiegomez4102 3rd st location always had a line out the door. Sunset same, ALWAYS called and ordered ahead of arrival, didn't want to wait 1/2 an hour. Really slow service, but great food. Even their Fried Chicken was good!

This is my favorite spot ! It’s so UNDERrated. The seasoning on the carne asada is great! The asada fries with all 3 sauces. Is honestly the BEST! Trust guys, this spot is LEGIT

Call them ahead to order, go after the bank closes so you can park in the lot and pick up asada fries. This is my strategy. Also, tomorrow go get Birria at the red truck in front of Smart and Final. Cheers!

Hey I live down there and yes that food truck is really good There’s another place down post office on the same street, tacos Tijuana style maybe you give a shot next time. They start after 530pm and you park in the post office parking Keep the good places

My way of eating loaded Nachos is to order the chips on the side then use the toppings as a dip. That way all the chips stay crunchy!! I hate soggy chips, Melaney from SoCal
