One of my favourite recipes for the bbq, impress your friends and family with this perfect alfresco dining recipe!
I always by a big thick sirloin for this recipe as you can cut them in to big cubes so your able to grill them to the perfect medium rare.. that’s my preference anyway 😊
Brazilian Style Steak Skewers… you must try this on your next bbq! 🥩
Marinade for 550g of sirloin chunks
4tbsp olive oil
125ml lemon juice
125ml lime juice
100ml orange juice
2tbsp dried oregano
1tbsp garlic powder
1tbsp onion powder
2tsp ground coriander
2tsp salt
1tsp ground pepper
Marinade for as long as you can up to 4hours and then bbq until medium rare, around 1min each side but will depend on the size of your
chunks!
