Idk how you can be exhausted when you tend to give. There must be a selfish motive. Because the root cause of all the suffering is expectations. When you expect something from anyone, that moment onwards you're bound to be unhappy.

Lessons: 1. How to not get impacted by others::: we get to choose what we want to eat..if we are veg,even if non veg is served,we won't eat.. Similarly we cannot stop people from serving ,we have to choose what thought/action etc we want to entertain.... 2. Brat is self restraint..We can apply self restraint on various aspects of life for our wellbeing.... 3. To deal with the need, replace thoughts...its like changing the website for the same information..Intially may miss the old website for its interface but gradually we would move on.. 4. Be in any relationship with the attitude of giving... To be the giver,we connect to the Lord daily... don't go to anyone to get my own vaccum filled as no person can fill my vaccum for long..

Bhai beheno... Very important ki yeh giving vaala cheez maintain kiya jaaye relationship mein. BUT remember it should be mutual. Not true. If you enter a relationship thinking about only giving but "conditions apply", then it's like you are also seeking something out of it. It's not selfless anymore. It's like you are saying, I will keep giving and giving only if you appreciate it and you also give back. So basically u r seeking their appreciation and expecting something. So it anyway becomes a conditional relationship!

Same thing. Recently, some days back I got a video recommendation on happiness by her. And there, she explained the only way to have peace and joy is have 0 expectations from anyone and anything. It's hard to do that naturally, and that's why there's mediation. Mediation helps a lot of things which seems impossible and makes them possible.

Amazing! Such calmness and simplicity... I realised this almost a year ago that I am in pain not because she left me (for another guy), but the life I dreamt with she in it is no longer valid, it's broken. And after that I turned my attention towards myself and healed myself. It is such an amazing journey and I still continue discovering so many things about myself. At this point you just fall in love with yourself 😅

Spitting facts in SUCHHH a gentle manner. Far better than the harsh, angry manner of Acharya Prashant. I used to avoid BK Shivani as Acharya prashant said she was a thug spreading "andhvishwas". But after this podcast my view is changed. She's a very gentle soul. Trying to uplift collective consciousness of humanity. So kind and full of empathy😊❤

@@beeranegi5227yeah. I feel the same now. There have been many true spiritual teachers whom prashant ji has criticized. Including Bk shivani. Sadhguru. Paramhansa yogananda. ISKCON founder, Srila Prabhupada. And more.. He's quite a narcissist type. Who believes his is the ONLY right one and all else are wrong. Be it mindfulness. Bhakti. Or meditation. Or yoga. If it doesn't fit with his limited bookish knowledge,, it's wrong and a lie. Further more,, the Sattvikta which we see radiate from true saints.. Like shivani sister here.. Is missing in him. The Gentleness. The calmness. The peace. And contentment. He's always angry, restless, fidgeting. Criticizing everybody else. Or calling them very ugly names. Slang words etc. No idea what his audience is going to do when they find out the thing they're following.
