The Breakfast Club hosts many celebrity interviews of diverse backgrounds, including white celebs. You need to search harder, unless you're referring to the usual celebrity interviews from movies, tv, & music. I've seen TBC also interview politicians and social activists.

I’m absolutely flabbergasted at how awesome this interview was. They each (except Charlamane) asked powerfully inquisitive questions. Questions that weren’t boring and repetitious of previous interviews Ryan has had.

I know a lot of ppl with a real estate license and don't use it. He's right its a hard market to enter...super competitive. I handle my properties myself and keep my money in my account.

dont use it and get mad when they have to pay fees to keep it. but it is very competitive

you have to keep up with license fees, association fees and listing service access fees. In my area that will run you around 1k a year.
