The sculpture in Collecter is by an artist called Tony Fantastis He used to be my landlord The house was covered in his wild sculptures, literally, you could climb all over them and onto the roof He had opium poppies in the backyard that he would come around and milk sometimes This was years ago I loved that house ❤✌️

We’re all glad you didn’t touch the sides of the escalator, because it does matter. You did something different when everyone was doing the same very few people can say that

It's so interesting that Josh Kalis is his favorite skater. Skaters always get inspired by someone and just run completely in their own direction with it, it's awesome!

Jackson is Kalis. When Kalis gets really baked he likes to put on his hippie outfit, wig,and beard to be one with the cosmos. Once you know you can't unsee it.

I used to watch this part obsessively back in the day. I remember the one time I went to Canberra, I happened to drive past that war memorial and thought, "wow that's the spot from the Richie Jackson video, I'm surprised he didn't get kicked out doing that." hahaha a big inspiration to me, not that my skateboarding comes even close, but just his pure creativity really resonates with me still to this day.
