When it comes to property lines you better get it surveyed before you start complaining. Her fence is on his property so that changes everything. He tried to be nice but she just wanted to be difficult. Now that he knows her fence and half her concrete driveway is on his property I would definitely take my property back. The new owners will sue him for damages if he doesn’t fix it now that he knows.

I hope the parking situation at New Nissan doesn't end up becoming like the parking at Geodis. I can only see it working at 60k stadium if they build a garage around it like the Caesars Superdome or if a transit line is built. Plus, it is still going to be kinda cramped because of the La Quinta and Comfort Inns. Also, is the industrial park between Shelby and 24 going to be redeveloped too?

we need affordable housing in this city but lets build a new and unnecessary football stadium instead. makes total sense.

If they can vote in favor of a pro stadium they want mine being in favor for affordable housing.
