A Magical Secret Recipe Hair Mask for hair growth, hair regrowth and to prevent baldness. Moreover, this is made instantly and can be stored up to 1 year. Kerala thali is 100% natural and herbal powder that promotes longer and thicker hair.
#KeralaThali #HerbalHairMask #HairGrowth
The other reason is found to be their Hair care habits. Besides applying coconut oil 6 days a week, they also use a secret Herbal mix called Kerala Thali which gives them shine, healthy thicker and longer hair. Not only it prevents grey hair, dandruff but also treats premature baldness.
Lets see how to make this Kerala Thali instantly with all instant ingredients but still get same benefits.
For this we need 8 ingredients. These are critical for Kerala thali.
1. Hibiscus Leaves powder -Hibiscus has exceptional properties to prevent premature balding and provides thicker hair. You can make this powder at home using dried Hibiscus leaves and flowers.
2. Fenugreek Seeds Powder- Fenugreek seeds help in smoothening hair, making it soft and silky, prevents baldness and hair thinning.
3. Dried Curry leaves powder - Curry leaves prevent grey hair and baldness. You can easily make this at home by drying fresh curry leaves and grinding into powder.
4. Tulsi leaves powder - Tulsi is also called as Holy Basil plant. Tulsi leaves strengthens hair from roots and stops hair loss.
5. Moringa powder - Moringa provides protein and antioxidants required for strength of hair and contributes to longer thicker hair.
6. Neem powder - Neem provides cleaner scalp, removes dandruff, itching and helps in seborrheic dermatitis condition.
7. Flax Seeds - This omega-3 and vitamin E rich seeds promotes healthy scalp and reduces free radical damage.
8. Amla - This super food controls hair fall, acts as natural conditioner and provides healthy scalp
We are taking all readymade instant powders so that the process is faster. Otherwise, getting fresh ingredients, drying and grinding may take upto 1 week.
Take these ingredients in the following ratios.
1. 2 Tablespoons of Hibiscus powder
2. 2 Tablespoons of Fenugreek powder
3. 2 tablespoons of Curry leaves powder
4. 2 Tablespoons of Tulsi powder
5. 1 Tablespoon of Moringa powder
6. 1 Tablespoon of Neem powder
7. 1 tablespoon of flaxseed powder
8. 1 tablespoon of amla powder
Mix all of them together with a steel spoon. Store it in a steel, copper, wooden or Glass container. That’s all Kerala thali is ready.
How to apply this to hair?
Usually apply your favorite oil to hair before going to bed. In the morning, take required amount of this Kerala thali powder and add little Yogurt/curd to get a desired consistency. Mix it well to form a nice paste and let it soak for 15 minutes. After that, apply this paste all over the hair and scalp. Leave it on the hair for 30 minutes, and then wash away with mild shampoo or Herbal shampoo.
That’s all this Kerala thali is made instantly and can be stored for up to 6 months. You can use this hair pack regularly twice or thrice a week. This helps to prevent baldness, greying of hair and promotes thicker, longer and healthy hair.

Thank you for this video. For the last ten years or more, my hair growth has been slow. I couldn’t understand why. Using chemical products only caused brittleness and no help for the hair. I stopped all that and now for last six months wash with shikakai and aritha as natural shampoo. Recently I have been using this amazing Kerala Thali. paste you have presented so well, I’ve done so for the last three to four times before washing hair. My hair feels softer. I hope to see it grow longer and thicker Thanks so much for this simple but wonderful recipe.

@BreakTheSnow
@BreakTheSnow 3 жыл бұрын
Thank you. I believe the hair loss due to schistosomiasis is fully reversible when underlying condition is treated or kept in control. Boiling water and drinking it after that is very helpful to prevent. Taking two steamed or raw garlic cloves in the morning and at night Taking a spoon of pumpkin oil or consuming pumpkin seeds Using peppermint, Myrrh also helps. We will comeback with more on this soon.

You can use water and make the mixture too. Since you oil the hair before, no need to add oil.

Hello BTS, Thank you for these tips. What remedy, if any, can you suggest for scarring in the hair follicles? This may or may not be why my hair, a natural afro, has been stuck at 5 inches of length for years now. I just don't ever get any new growth (so it's not the case that my hair grows but then breaks off). I have tried all manner of masks and mixes on a regular basis too (including the ayurvedic herbs that you mention here along with various essential oils and carrier oils). Weaves and extensions don't work either. Can you think why my hair just doesn't grow (if follicle damage is not the problem) and what I can do about it? TIA (if you reply).
@BreakTheSnow
@BreakTheSnow 3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for writing. I am not totally sure if you have scarring of follicles, which would present as different condition. Well, it might make you think and believe that your hair is not growing at all. That's commonly seen with 3c, 4a, 4b, and 4c hair types. Here can be some facts 1. Shrinkage comes into play. While hair gains length, it shrinks and shrinkage can happen from 50% to 75%. This gives a feeling like its not gaining length 2. In few people, growth is slow (Genetics). However, there is definitely growth 3. Split and brittle edges may lose the length. Regular trimming of edges and maintaining moisture is very essential. 4. Avoid excess shampooing, instead shampoo once a week and just rinse with plain fresh water every day. 5. promades, natural hydration methods help 6. If low porosity hair, argan oil, jojoba oil, Sweet almond oil, grape seed oil are efffective. Don't use castor oil or coconut oil 7. Keep away from heat, dryers and use only wide toothed wooden comb We will come back with more better research for afro hair. Stay tuned

This stuff works! I have an Issue that every time I drink a soda or eat anything that has sugar in it, my Scalp becomes inflamed and my hair will immediately fall out. But when I use these herbs, it keeps my hair from falling out and sharing as much and if it would’ve been for these Indian herbs I wouldn’t have as much hair on my head as I do now I think God for these herbs. Also I add garlic to mine and a lot of time I will see new hair growth the next day

Do you know actually this thali is a herbal shampoo which we(Kerala people)use to wash hair ,the better way is to use fresh leaves and grind that in a mixy jar by using little bit water or rice water, so after applying this no need to wash it with other shampoos, we use this to clean hair and for nourishment.😊
