Hi guys,
this video is a contemplation of moments where I remembered to breathe in a time in my life, where I felt really lost and did not know which way to go and what future to choose. I think it's really easy to get lost in your thoughts and worry about the future, especially when everybody else seems like they have it all figured out. But the truth is, most of us don't. And it's okay to step down for a while, to breathe and to rest until your mind winds down and you can see a bit more clearly again.

A feeling of instability
Nesting at my core
Things falling apart
No longer serving me, no more
Not knowing where to go
Or how even to begin
To reevaluate my way
That I want to be walking
And still i keep believing
That this's what's meant to be
That there is something out there
That I am meant to see
Im redefining
Im redesigning
Every end leads to a start
What do you say, my heart
This. This mess
What is this anyway
My mind telling me stories
Convincing my fear to stay
I just held my breath.
Breathe.
Feeling is the opposite of death
My path is yet not clear to me
A feeling of curiosity
Nesting at my core
There's more to see and more to live
What am I living for
A stroke of warmth
Touching my skin
And I welcome silently
This change, this new beginning
