This 10 minute breathing practice is a breath that calms the nervous system that is the best that I've ever found. It's technically a Kriya and the practice is called Nadi Shodhana. I hope that it helps you feel calm, peaceful and balanced as it activates the parasympathetic nervous system so well.

So, I track my heart rate while participating in these practices. An example today is starting at a resting of 102 and ending at a resting of 78. While sitting in a chair. Within ten minutes. Your work is amazing and I am grateful that I found your channel and this practice in general. I’m deeply appreciative.

The geese say, "I'm in!" ☺️ I'm definitely interested, I love your calming voice in your Yoga Nidras and have been doing one every morning. I practiced this breathing exercise this morning as something different and it also calmed my nervous system. Thank you! 🙏🏻💞

Yes the geese were actually much much louder than the waves from the boat in real life, the microphone picks up differently than my ears I guess 😆 just gotta go with it. Life happens while we practice, conditions don’t need to be perfect 🙏🏼

@@SarovaraYoga oh I'm sure they were much louder in person! They weren't very loud on the recording, kinda made me giggle actually. Yes although the water sound was annoying me it's a welcome practice in centering myself in my meditation!! Thank you. I love that you have access to record out there.

Lol, yeah a big boat went by, and an airplane was circling, and then the geese… I just had to go with it and trust that distractions actually make our concentration practices stronger over time, because irl there’s constantly interruptions and countless things to distract us 🫣
