Wow, so calming and so much charm. I appreciate your choices of warm woods and decor. Love the coffee grinder , butter molds, the comforter ticking stripe and that bathroom lighting, oh my. It seems very planned and thoughtful, not overdone like some homes brimming with art. Very homey.

WOW! HOLY COW!!! WOW again!!! I SO enjoyed seeing this incredible home where all of the beautiful primitive antiques are set against the mostly stark white backgrounds. It makes them stand out as real art and history. I loved every beautiful minute. I wonder if I would have so much restraint to say only place one basket on a shelf in some cases, but it's SO effective! What a beautiful juxtaposition of 2 worlds ~ one of the history of everyday typical farm objects from yesteryear set against the bright white shiplap walls from today. Also, once again, I enjoyed just the background music of what feels like Ken Burns documentary music from his Civil War series. (Don't know if it is. It just gives me that feeling of being absorbed into a previous time period.) Anyway, a true work of art ~ both the house with the antiques and the photography of it. Thanks, once again, Bridget. Now I'm back to re-watch this wonderful video.

Another beautiful home tour! I have a question though - are there two kitchens. I am pretty sure that is what I saw. If so can you tell me what the reasoning is for this. People w often have design ideas that I would never have thought of - but when I know their reasoning, it is like turning on a light bulb. Yes, our house is on 20 acres and we have a neighbor on the east side of us and the west side of us. As for now, the land to the north and south of us is still open farm land.
