Gosh what a beautiful home!! What a lovely, lovely home tour. I was excited to see that I have the same brass candle holder, the one between the two chairs. The view outside the windows makes me think of Little House on the Prairie. Also love the music & you have great photography & editing skills. Thank you so much for sharing.

Beautiful home -- i enjoyed video. I wanted to ask you I seen a wood spice rack like or similiar to yours on your dining room wall. The place wanted $ 75.00 for it --- is that a good price or is it overpriced. I have seen it several times & debated whether to purchase it or not, each time i see it.

Thank you so much… I would say that is probably an average price for the spice cabinet. You can sometimes find them a little cheaper or a little higher. When dealing with vintage items I just look at it like, if it’s worth paying that to you, then go for it. It would be a little different if you were buying specifically to resale. That is what I always have to ask myself, though, because I’m not a dealer, nor good at valuing vintage items. If I am really unsure about a price I will search them on the internet, eBay, or Etsy and see what kind of prices are on similar items there. Those places usually have them topped out or overpriced, but you can find some good deals there as well. I hope this is somewhat helpful. 😊
