I’ve had alot of benefits from doing breathwork in my meditations so decided to combine it with my cardio today! 🏃🏽‍♂️❤️‍🔥
Method:
First do 4 seconds inhale through nose
Then 4 seconds exhale through mouth
Repeat whilst counting in your head (or on your fingers 🤣)
All whilst tackling the hill climb on the treadmill 👣⛰️
I did 15 minutes and felt so good after!🙌🏽
Trying to increase my lung capacity whilst getting a good cardio workout in 🤩
