The Forced Induction Interchiller uses your AC System to reduce the temperature of your coolant used in your supercharger. It has a Race Mode you can activate for track use so you have no drips on the track and the AC in the cabin will be turned off yet is still operating to cool the coolant. In Street Mode you can enjoy your AC like normal while still cooling your IAT's while cruising.

This video leaves a lot of un answered questions. SORRY! Please use this link to read FAQ on this system. It talks about why it does not drip at the track and how it works. We have used these on Whipple, Roush, and Kenne Bell. Clients report below ambient IAT temps when cruising. Pretty awesome set up. fiinterchillers.com/faqs/

@@4digitShelby nobody makes a video for this my friend! This is like, is there a video to put your crankshaft in your engine? Or is there a video to install the ring and pinion of the diff set you just bought? No unfortunately there are not videos for complicated projects like that. You either know how to do this or you don’t. This setup involves electrical (relays, solenoid valves, wiring,) mechanical ((larger water pump), and AC components. If you don’t know how to work with AC system I strongly suggest avoid trying to be a hero and take your car to a REPUTABLE shop. But once you have this setup installed this is one of the most rewarding mods that you will ever had. It will make you smile ALL the time when you drive your blown mustang around. I did the install myself (but I know AC systems and electrical, etc), . You also need/should stay in touch with the interchiller folks as you work with the installation. I got tremendous amount of help from the owner of Interchiller. His name is Kirk and he IS an amazing guy to work with. He’ll be willing to assist your shop on this install. However he is in Australia and there’s a big time difference there compared to US, so keep that in mind. I did the killer chiller years ago and kept it for years, but the difference between the systems (killer chiller vs Interchiller), the technical support and customer service puts the Interchiller in another whole level. I suggest that if you don’t know AC systems (i.e. pressures on high/low side, protect components against moisture , internal AC system components lubricación, to name a few) GO TO a reputable shop!!! Otherwise you WILL spend money as you will take the chance to damage your AC system. Once the system is running like the one Brent’s showing here I’ll tell you this is freaking awesome. I have a 3V Saleen Extreme and I did the installation myself. But I have a shop next or my hous that did the AC welding for me (lines, etc). On my system I am able to get water Temps out of the chiller going into the S/C between 8-10F) and that my friend NO heat exchanger can’t do! . I don’t care what anybody says. Yo also are going to need a high flow/high volume S/C water/coolant pump and need to setup a solenoid valve to isolate your cabin AC from the CHILLER ONLY mode. Find yourself a REPUTABLE shop that can communicate with Kirk and you will be suuuper happy with this mod.

I highly recommend Long Tube Headers for Roush Supercharger. Those change my car thanks to Brent advice. The Mustang got a lot of low end torque and a little better MPG.

This power level is sick. I have a 3V 2010 Mustang GT (Auto) at your shop right now with a 5.3 Stroker motor in it. (M-6009-B53). Can I get to the 650hp to 660hp range on 93 with my Paxton 2200?

No not on 93. Here watch this video link. This car was like 620 on 93 through a manual which reads more on the dyno and had huge cams, big ported heads, big headers, etc...I also think that the B53 is lower compression than our B326 which lowers power as well. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/aMqTl82H28CWZYk.html

@@BrenspeedEngineering I love these power numbers too 620hp range. I'm not to concerned on the manual vs Auto cause it is what it is with the drive train loss. However, I'll be doing the huge Cams, and Big Ported heads just like this guy, and I believe my B53 eventually is gonna be built with the guts you guys use for the B326 and if that's the case shouldn't that make this car a beast on the streets if not HP wise at least Torque wise if nothing else?

It can be used for both. They way it is set up you won't drip fluid on the ground like a normal A/C unit would so it works for track use.

I have a gen 3 bottom end gen2 top end with gen4 whipple stage 2. Could I run a 3.25 on 93??

The smallest we normally run on 93 is a 3.5 and I prefer a little boostane or torco with the 93 for safety when driving aggressively.

Is this a stage 1 interchiller or stage 2? Is the intercooler pump upgraded or is it the original Roush pump?

Hi I believe this is the stage 1 kit. Thank you! Also this client has been reporting back he loves it and it is working fantastic. Also.. stock Roush pump for the intercooler.

Hey hey, bought a 2018 Roush car last winter. Similar numbers at the track. Think holding 6th instead of going to 7th be the trick to better times. Anyway I picked up an Interchiller and will be doing install in the near future. Did you guy keep the heat exchanger on? If you did, did you do a drag mode switch? Or just add it after the heat exchanger? So many questions, just want to do this once. I was thinking just plump it in after the heat exchanger and before the pump to the intercooler. Thanks!!

On this one we kept the heat exchanger. We also did the drag mode switch. Interchiller has a good tech department also if you have issues or questions on your install.

That would be up to the dealer but I would guess no as if anything it helps keep cooler temps which is better for the engine.

What were the IAT2 after the interchiller?

They were about 10 to 15 degrees below the ambient temperature on the ride home
