Was it self defense? The strongest evidence so far in this case is the accused who was attacked and battered, not the other way around. There are almost 600,000 missing persons cases just in the United states. Why did this one get so much attention and enforcement and not the others? Don't they matter too? Why is no one talking about this?

Cassie did not “misinterpret” anything, so let’s not go there. They did not sit around, silently staring at one another at Ft. DeSoto. They were talking. Planning. Scheming. The Laundries know exactly what happened and when it happened, they knew before he got back to FL and started to make plans. She is a liar just like the parents. Laundrie's parents are ready to look like villains because they are old and have lived their lives. They can shut themselves in in their house and spend the remaining of their lives there. Small price to pay for your son escaping rest of his life in prison. But this sister of his came out and spoke because she didn't want to look bad like her parents did by keeping shut. She can't lock herself in in the house. She has little kids who attend school. No one in their right mind would want to associate with a person like that. So, she has to pretend to be better than her parents and she came out and spoke some generic stuff that people do when someone dies. And people really thought she's so much better than her parents. But she is selfish and a liar who is protecting Brian laundrie. She is just like the rest of them.

Domestic Abuse is a behavior learned and usually inherited. The fact that all of his immediate family has closed ranks and shut up in support of him points to an ongoing behavior pattern.
@lucaswalker21842 жыл бұрын
Agreed. It is very likely the family has witnessed Brian's temper and his abusive treatment toward Gabby. In a dysfunctional family, members will have a don't talk, don't trust, and don't feel rule. It may be an unspoken rule, but family members will all abide by it to avoid creating conflict. Denial is another factor that maintains dysfunction in families. Also minimizing or placing blame are other ways that families deal with violence, abuse, or conflict. This family is being silent because what they know and have witnessed could build a case against Brian for DV, violence, assault, and murder. Brian can plead the 5th amendment but other family members can be forced to testify under oath. When all this blows wide open, we will learn that this family has some serious problems.

You could make an argument that there was a misunderstanding between interviewer and the sister. However, it is highly unlikely that this was the case because at the time of the interview, she also new Gabby was missing and made a point of saying how much her children loved Gabby. It was clear that she was being asked if she knew anything about both of them being missing. She is trying to escape the consequence of her actions on a technicality. However, her specific word choice is irrelevant in this case because it was meant to conceal her interaction with Brian prior to him being reported missing. Also, if she had spoken to her brother after the missing persons report, he would not have been lost. It reminds me of how you may not have broken the rule of law, but have broken the spirit of that law/rule.

Imagine your family members fiancé goes missing, he returns from vacation alone, then is found out she’s dead, your first thought is “ahh yeah let’s all go camping at fort desoto” right…sounds like a normal family.

Exactly. Also this ABC & Cassie interview was done Sept. 17th. The parents “hadn’t seen him since Sept. 14th” and didn’t bother calling Cassie asking her if he was with her? But the next day on the 18th they report him missing.

He best be happy it's not my daughter, I feel that the police are a little strapped by rules and can't beat an answer out of people you KNOW have info...... but people OTHER than cops can......... That is a reason why the FBI showed up at her house and did a search. They just weren’t telling anybody why they were doing it. But she got on Camera and blatantly lied to millions of people. She shouldn’t of even went on Camera and just kept that shit to her self. It would’ve been better than lying
