@@oXoChEzZaoXo Yair just simply wasn't ready for the round 2 pressure and was on the backfoot due to the threat of the takedown, so yes, Brian made him look sloppy. His exchanges before he got brought into deep water, were very clean and fluent, I thought he looked great. You Topuria fans don't realize that unless the threat of the takedown is there, his boxing will be negated by Yair's striking - very dangerous matchup for him IMO. stop acting like it will be such a cakewalk.

For those that dont know spanish, too sum up the spanish questions/answers. that was the realest, funniest and deepest Ortega has ever been. Talking about the 2 year struggle, bantering/joking with the reporter and the love for mexico. Man was speaking from the heart and especially in his post fight interview. Ortega looks the happiest he's been in a long time. He definitely feels more comfortable talking in spanish

It's awesome to see the respect you show him and that you're willing to give him his rematch. Personally I wouldn't mind seeing Topuria/Ortega and the winner fights Volk. However if Max pulls off an almighty upset then that throws a spanner in the works. Very interested to see how things play out. Seeing the change in Ortegas mentality and actually having it be rewarded and recognized is a blessing and accomplishment we all hope to one day experience. Ufc and the fighters I have the pleasure to Follow bring so much more entertainment than just the few min during a fight. Being able to have your fav fighters share their stories and journey with us is the greatest thing for any sports fan we want to feel like we re part of our teams tribe or our fighters team so when i see ortega come back and win like this and watch and hear him Speaking like a different man With high level of intelligence and character it makes me a bigger fan

Coming off surgeries I wouldn't say next. I would give him another fight to break him in more. He wins that, I would put him into a contenders match. He locks up the spot against Topuria if he wins that

@@kev30631 I do agree. However, considering Volk will probably take some time off and Max is fighting Justin Gaethje, Ortega makes the most sense to fight Illia next

I was a fan early on and then was put off by some of his behavior. It is so refreshing to hear him like this. He sounds mature; he sounds like a father to young men who realizes how important it is to be a man. I really like this new Brian. I wish him continued peace and blessings.

I’m such a huge fan of Ortega, I love hearing about the rebirth, I went through the same thing with a rebirth, and Ortega is so dangerous, he got so close to finishing Volk, I was going crazy during that fight, this guy is elite, I thought this was gonna be a tough fight for him cuz Yair is so fuckn good, but Ortega is hard to put away and he has that wicked submission game

There’s a Spanish interview I watched with 3 Mexican fighters holding UFC belts Brandon, Alexa, Yair ! Alexa Grasso had just beat sore loser Valentina. Cool insightful interview. Going into Yair vs Brian fight I was rooting for Yair cause of the interview. Yair family all in the front he patiently hugged and kissed some of them, felt like he was suppose to win. My man Brian Ortega though Wow what a fight ! I’m a fan ! When he jumped the octagon fence to get to his Family almost shed a tear 😢 Brian family were way out in the crowd
