Shaw should go to the next east vs west event as a guest and make him participate in the afterpull, that's where we can more or less see his level. I'm sure he'll learn a lot from other armwrestlers as well.

That's mental. We all know every arm wrestler with a bit of xp will beat him. He must stay a virgin until he is truly capable. He is a baby in the womb. He is like the king in hunter hunter who everyone knows will be the strongest when he hatches we just need to keep feeding him until he does

Brian should be armwrestling Ryan Bowen this month. I don’t understand the waiting for forever mentality. Jump into the sport and see how you fare. That’s literally what everyone else who is in this sport did.

Not everyone has the name of Brian shaw, his first match will be viewed and critiqued by everyone and their mommas. Plus if he gets smashed who knows what he will think, I think a slow build to see if he really does like it works great.

"I don’t understand the waiting for forever mentality" Because the same reason Levan effed his wrist up. He was too strong for his tendons (obviously due to PEDs, which is fine.) You have to build up strength in your connective tissues the hard way. You shouldn't jump in and start slamming without a buildup over time, first.

Its a gimmick. Larratt is a gimmick genius. He knows its impossible for a 40+ old individual (who happens to be arguably the GOAT strongman) to develop those particular tendons, & ligaments required to beat elite level heavyweight armwrestlers. However, that's the only way for Larratt to remain relevant in the armwrestling world (coming after back to back embarrassing defeats from Saginashvili and Jablonski). Hoodwink the pseudo-intellectual armwrestling fans with a new story - "Brian Shaw will beat top heavyweight arwrestlers soon". A case in the point - Janashia. He's an elite strongman who was 4th in WSM once. He continuously trains with Saginashvili. How did he fare in armwrestling? Surely it can be speculated he tried his hand in armwrestling with Irakli etc. Strongman strength cannot be redirected to armwrestling, at 40+. No disrespect to the arguable GOAT Brian, but never trust this wily Larratt dude. He's in this for the visibility in social media.
