I feel like this is the type of meditation I’ve been looking for. Something that I can go back to over and over to mold a new frame of reference. Help me rewire in repetition getting into “right mind”. For some reason it’s difficult to tap into infinite knowledge, wisdom, intelligence and aligning energies in the best way in order to access what you need even when you don’t know what that is. Brian, listening to your calming voice every single night has became a daily/nightly ritual of mine. From the deepest part of my heart and soul - THANK TOU!! Something unusual happened while I was listening to this one. I was having slight tingelings here and there, so after every few minutes, I had to stop and go back to listen again.... While listening to this podcast, i felt a lot of clarity regarding the weight ive been feeling on my shoulders for 8 years now. For some reason, my lower chakras felt 2D and Heart chakra above felt 3D. Im thankful for these experiences. I wonder how Brian is so knowledgable. Thank you Brian, I do enjoy listening to your voice. I wish I could meditate, but all I manage is to take a nap. I have tried different methods and nothing seems to help me get into that meditative state. Maybe I should simply accept it is just not for me, between aphantasia and seemingly unable to truly relax my body without falling asleep, It's been years of trying and failing, I think I should give up as I can't seem to see or hear or meditate. That being said, Life is good and maybe that is good enough. Accepting that as my truth seems better than allowing the process to leave me in a total state of disappointment. But I will keep listening to your programs as I enjoy the time spent listening to your voice. Peace Love and Blessings to you and yours

Maybe you should not accept that you don’t need to visualize to medicate you don’t need to say anything to medicate. You can still use your ears. You can still sense with your nose. Do you have other senses that are involved? Don’t worry about just that one sense I don’t give up.

But again Thank you Dearie and I will watch every program you post as I have for quite some time now for at least 3 years lol. Thank you for all that you do. It does matter. Peace

At some point one has to stop beating a dead horse LOL if for no other reason but to maintain a bit of sanity LOL. You are very kind. I urge you not to give up yet. I too have difficulty visualizing. I have found that in my quest for peace and calm, i am having to find that peace and calm in the midst of chaos and all out war for my preservation in my own home. I have been learning to reach at least some level of meditative state while drowning out abuse. It’s not easy, but i’m determined to master it. Once i’m feeling my memory and i can then move forward onto the next steps. If i cannot focus i remember my happiest moments and feel them again. I go back to a memory to help me kickstart the visualization intended.
