I also have the same habit. My day starts at 11 am (on holidays) and after shower, I directly go to my tablet and start watching youtube videos. The time goes very fast and then is 7 o clock in evening. I again waste 3 hours doing not important things and then when time clocks 11, I turn off the room lights and start watching youtube again still it gets 2 or 3 o clock in morning. I am really pissed off with this. But I am not able to stop myself. Now again its my exam tomorrow but still I am stuck on KZfaq. I am not able to study due to this horrible habits. Whenever I try to study, I pick up my tablet and start watching youtube or using internet doing not at all important things. I don't know how I'll change this habits. But I badly wants to change this habits.

That’s only six hours of sleep, which leaves a deficit of two hours for most people. My guess is, you ran out of steam and slept for two days. To get up at four, you would need to actually be asleep at eight.

Its never about cutting out social media, or things that you like, we are surrounded by such things, if you cut one thing out you will replace it with another. The key is control.Plan your day and cut out random activities.Make sure everything you do is planned and is meaningful....and by the way rest and relaxation IS meanigful, set aside time for that planning your pleasure activities will make you happier and consequently more productive as well.

After i read your book “change your thinking change you life “ some thing change in my mind .I built new daily routine going to bed at 11pm and than wake up at 3am for prying doing salat then my day start at 6:30 . And studying each day more than 2 hours before now i was reading only 30 to 45 minutes . Before i was spending a lot of time on social media after listening to you i get rid of this bad habit and deleting all social media app and now i am comfortable and much more happy becouse i did not hear bad news and i didn’t see negative people who makes me feeling negative about all things . And now i am eating less and healthy foods i do exercises 4 times per week and every day i walk about 1 hour and listening to motivation videos on youtube . And another good habit i got is learning english my English language was so bad but now i think it is better than before ☺️ . i make a list of goals for doing business now becouse of corana virus there is no work all thing is closed and i was working for private school if there is no school there is no money thats why i am thinking about having my own work inshallah i will achieve my goals in one year and i will commenting under this video when I achieve my goals.

💡THE GOSPEL OF THE WORD OF ALMIGHTY GOD "the last age in which God saves man from the destruction of this old world" (I have sought many in the world to be My disciples. I have divided them into different categories according to people's loyalty to Me. In this regard, I am calling the groups of those I want to save to return to My home, and then I allow all of them to accept My work in the last days. At the same time, I sort people by type, and then reward or punish each one according to their work. I now live in the world and live with people. All people experience My work and follow My word, and with it I grant all the truths to each of My followers so that they receive life from Me and thus have a path to follow. I never rush My work. No matter how much people follow Me, I will do My work step by step, according to My plan. I call to My house all those whom I appoint to be listeners of My word, and then place all those who follow and yearn for My word, in front of My throne. Those who turn away from My word, those who have not followed and submitted to Me, and those who openly oppose Me, will all be cast aside to await their final punishment. For this reason I can say, "Many are called, but few are chosen." Measured by these words, do you know if you are among the elect?) Almighty God said I have sought many in the world to be My disciples. Among them are those who serve as priests, those who lead, those who form children, those who form people, and those who provide services. I divided them into different categories according to people's loyalty to Me. When all men have been set apart according to their kind, that is, when the nature of each kind of man has been revealed, I will then number each man in their proper kind and place each kind in their proper place so that I can fulfill My purpose for the salvation of mankind. Accordingly, I call the groups of those I wish to save to RETURN to My HOME, and THEN I ALLOW ALL of them to ACCEPT My WORK in the LAST DAYS. ☀️ At the same time, I sort--separate people by type, and then reward or punish each one based on their deeds. Such are the steps that make up My work. I LIVE NOW in the WORLD and LIVE with PEOPLE. All people experience My work and follow My word, and with it I grant all the truths to each of My followers so that they may receive life from Me and thus have the way to follow. ☀️ Because I am GOD, Giver of LIFE. 🙏 During My many years of work, man has received much and given much, but I still say that man does not truly believe in Me. Because man simply recognizes externally, that I am God, and does not agree with the truth that I say and, even more, does not practice the truth that I ask of him. That is, people only recognize the existence of God, but not the truth; man recognizes only the existence of God, but not life; man recognizes God's name, but not His spirit. Because of His zeal, man is an abomination to Me. Because man only uses words that hurt the ears to deceive Me, and no one worships Me with an honest heart. YOUR WORDS CONTAIN the SERPENT'S TEMPTATION; moreover, your words are supremely proud, a SEEMING PROCLAMATION of an ARCHANGEL. ☀️ Besides, your works are ragged and torn to a shameful degree; your wanton desires and selfish intentions are not desirable to hear. You have all become moths in My house and things to be thrown away with hatred. ☀️ Because none of you love the truth, only people who long for grace, to ascend to heaven, to see the inspiring--miraculous vision of Christ using His power on earth. But have you ever thought how a person like you who has become so wicked, who does not know what God is, can be worthy to follow God? How can you go to heaven? How can you be worthy to witness the greatness, which has no equal? Your mouths are full of words of deceit and evil words, betrayal and pride. You have never spoken faithfully to Me, no holy words, no words of submission to Me when experiencing My word. What, in the end, is this faith of yours? Your hearts are full of desires and treasures; your thoughts are full of material things. Every day, you calculate how to get from Me, checking how much wealth and how many material things you have obtained from Me. Every day, you wait more and more for more grace to descend upon you so that you can enjoy more and more pleasant things. That is what is in your mind at every moment and not Me or the truth that comes from Me, rather your husband (wife), sons, daughters, or what you eat and wear, and how you can enjoy more and more pleasant things. Even if you punch your stomach until it overflows, aren't you little more than a corpse? Even if you adorn your appearance lavishly, aren't you still a walking corpse without life? ☀️ You work hard for the sake of your stomach until you grow white hair, but no one is ready to sacrifice even a strand of his hair for My work. ☀️ You are always in a hurry, tiring your body, and torturing your brain, for the sake of your flesh, and your sons and daughters, yet not one of you shows any concern for My will. What else do you want from Me? I never rush My work. No matter how much people follow Me, I will do My work according to every step, according to My plan. Although you may rebel completely against Me, I still do not stop My work and continue to speak the words I want. ☀️ I CALL to My HOUSE ALL I APPOINT to be HEARERS of My WORD, and then place ALL those who FOLLOW and yearn for My WORD IN FRONT of My THRONE. 🙏☀️ Those who turn away from My word, those who have not followed and submitted to Me, and those who openly oppose Me, will all be cast aside to await their final punishment. 😪 ALL PEOPLE LIVE IN EVIL and UNDER THE HAND OF THE EVIL, so NOT MANY PEOPLE WHO FOLLOW Me really want the TRUTH. ☀️ That is, most DO NOT WORSHIP Me with an HONEST HEART or with TRUTH, but try to take My trust through wickedness, rebellion, and deceitful measures. For this reason I SAY, "Many are called, but few are chosen." ☀️🙏 All the CALLED have become very EVIL and LIVE at the same TIME, but the elect PEOPLE are the only group that BELIEVE and ACCEPT the TRUTH and PRACTICE the TRUTH. 🙏 These people are only a very small part of the whole, and from these people I will receive more glory. Measured based on these words, do you know if you are among the elect What will be your end? 🙏 From "Many are called, but few are chosen" Fulfillment of "When I looked up, someone handed me a book wrapped in a scroll. I opened it and I read on both sides the prayers, sorrows, and curses." (Ezekiel 2:9-10). ... "His garment was stained with blood. He was called the "Word of God" (Rev. 19:13). The kingdom He brought down and set up in the highest in the sky so that it can occupy His creation in the universe and engrave on it the entirety of His Holy name "THE CHURCH OF ALMIGHTY GOD" 💐 fulfillment of (Mat. 16:18) "And I say as for you, you are Peter, on top of this rock I will build my Church, that even the power of death will not be able to overcome it.". ... and "The Letter to the Church in Philadelphia" (Rev. 3:7-13). ... And fulfillment of "The New Jerusalem" 💫 "The Spirit enveloped me, and the angel led me to the top of a very high mountain. He showed Me Jerusalem, the Holy City, coming down from heaven from God." (Rev. 3:7-13). ... " For the time has come in the house of God for the beginning of judgment in the house of God." (1 Peter 4:17). ... It is fulfilled that God Himself is our Pastor in (Rev. 7:17) 💐 "For the Lamb in the midst of the throne will be their PASTOR. He will lead them to springs of life-giving water; and God will wipe away the tears from their eyes" 📩 Calling and leading the sheep of God to His glorious Throne "THE CHURCH OF ALMIGHTY GOD"💐 to submit again to His authority so that He will continue to teach, guide and protect even in plague, famine and wild animals will not be moved by it and completely win this final battle with the big red dragon! "They say with a loud voice, "Salvation comes from the Lamb, and from our God who sits on the Throne!" (Rev. 7:10). ... and it will be fulfilled that will be established above the sky/KZfaq in (Isaiah 2: 2 / 9:6) "On the Last Day, the mountain on which Jehovah's temple stands will stand out above all the mountains. All nations will flock there. " . . . "For a baby boy is born to us. The rule will be given to him; and he shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Almighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace." ✉️ 💌

WHY Power > Will Power - Deep burning desire or enough good reasons are what you must lean on when discipline diminishes. Use pain and pleasure to make it impossible not to perform the task. For example, here’s what I did for working out: 1. Label 2 ziplock baggies (one “Exercise” and the other “Excuses”) 2. Place it above your bed rest so that you can’t possibly miss it 3. Every day, place a $5 or $10 bill in the “Exercise” bag if you worked out, or “Excuses” bag if you didn’t 4. At the end of 21 days (amount of time to form a habit), the money that is in the “exercise” bag goes towards rewarding yourself with something you really love (new toy, trip with family, charity you love) 4. The remaining money in the “excuses” bag must go to a predetermined charity/organization you absolutely despise When you have enough good reasons to do something, or a strong consequence of not doing something (pain/pleasure), discipline is no longer that important.

95% of Everything you do is the result of Habit - Aristotle You can replace a bad habit with a good habit. By Developing a good one. You Develop a habit by repetition. all the things you do from the moment you wake up is the cause of habit. 1. Daily Goal Setting - What ever you do , think about your daily Goals - You become what you think about. 2. Be result oriented. - Set lists and set priorities. Before you call it a day, think of something that you want to do the most or the thing that you think you can have the best results. Circle around that list and start doing until you meet your results of the day. 3. People Oriented - Recognize that everything you achieve in life will be with the help and support of other people. 1. What is it that other people want and need from me. How can I help other people? Always ask this question. 4. Stay Health Oriented - Think about less food or better food. Think about Daily Exercises. 5. Stay Honest - Always tell the truth, no matter what the price. 6. Self Discipline - This is the foundation habit that make everything else possible. 1. Self Discipline (def;) is what makes yourself do what you should do, when you should do it whether you feel like it or not. Start practice these habits until it becomes automatic and easy. #NoNeedToThankMe

At the end of the day I check it and in that way I produced habits: cooking fur my wife almost every day, reading, washing dishes, completing things in the way, cleaning around, well, things of your routines you don't pay attention but make your escense as man.

Of all the world-class experts I have studied with for decades and occasionally produced major development training programs with for up to 1,800 participants, Brian Tracy still deserves the description: "Brian Tracy provides more positive, practical and actionable ideas per minute than any other trainer in the world." That was how he was introduced to me and by me when I produced my second program to foster personal, professional, organizational, and community development and empowerment in Kankakee County, Illinois in 1990. I was privileged to work with Brian Tracy International for several years and still practice several of the successful living skills I learned from Brian and his bestselling programs including The Phoenix Seminar on the Psychology of Achievement and the New Psychology of Selling. These days thanks to social media and the transformational shifts in publishing and internet marketing, including platforms like Medium, billions of people can access the wealth of wisdom from Brian and other recipients of the Ultimate Destiny Hall of Fame Award from anywhere in the world and frequently for free. Thank you Brian for your lifelong service and legacy contributions to the awakening, empowerment, and upliftment of humankind!

Brian Tracy's "Habits of Successful People" was a total game-changer for me! Setting razor-sharp goals? Check. It turned my wildest dreams into a to-do list. Tackling the biggest tasks first with the 'Eat That Frog' method? Absolute procrastination buster! And the continuous learning part? It's like leveling up in a video game, but for my career. Plus, sticking to these habits with iron-clad consistency? That's what transformed my passion into a success story. Thanks to these habits, I'm not just dreaming big-I'm living big!

Summary: set a daily goal to be disciplined to be healthy, people oriented and result orient rather than "emotion" oriented. This is good advice the last part I added. But when you focus on results first and emotion second you have a greater chance to make a great life habit. Good luck.
