Joiner who I know he had coffee and fruit everyday just like that, had a stroke few years ago couldn’t work anymore it was that bad. So it’s just the luck of draw and not what you eat or drink.

would just like to say i have watched you god knows how long ,i started as a Brickies Labourer at 15 but i was cosntantly screamed at "THERES NOT ENOUGH FAIRY IN IT JAI " so i decided to get a Trade been a Roofer now for 31 years and still i sit and watch Brick layers at dinner its so relaxing to me .Anyway would just like to say love your patience and the way you teach and guide those that want a skill set much love and be safe PEEAAACE

True about the diet bro. I was a vegetarian groundworker for 4 years and got the piss royally ripped out of me on site 😂😂😂. But I could work all day and ran marathons in my spare time while other boys who smoked and drank and ate shit could barely get out of bed. Good content

The takeaway from it is modern food is processed and full of rubbish to preserve it and bulk it out that’s where you need to start in trying to eat healthy and feel good cut that out eat meat eggs veg fruit and you will be at least 50% better in all areas of life

Nope thats for cleaning dishes fella, an old age wives tail - the fem mix is cheap enough per litre that it shouldn't be up for debate you only need to put a cap or 2 in a mix for it to have effect.

I say Charles, when you often place brick-ties from blockwork to brickwork across the wall cavity, how the hell do you then get the block-foam cavity insulation in?? 🤪👈

Insulation goes in before you lay the brick, it is pinned to the block with big nails, you can just push the wall ties through the insulation once the work is dry and set. Brick is then laid with the ties sitting in the joints to hold it all together
