Hi Bricksie you can shift the smaller drawers to the corner instead, that will solve the space problem when retrieving parts

To get the stickers off the containers, you can also put them in warm water with dishwashing detergent. After a few minutes, the stickers peel off without leaving any residue. Best regards from Germany 😊

Looking good. Just a tip, but I would put the longer trays 1×4 inch in the top drawers since you can't open them very much and the trays are easier to take out.

You could put the less used lego parts from the small drawers into the harder to access drawers and then use the smaller drawers for Minifigures, animals, food etc

Idea to get rid of the silly heads: Auction them off on whatnot. Could sign them, maybe a couple small mystery sets inside, maybe a custom minifigure that you make and print at the lego store torso printing station. So it would be like those blind boxes but utilizes the silly heads.

Those Monster trucks are badass Bricksie, they can do backflips by pressing down on the back side of them, and they have a car crusher too! Would be AWESOME for a little State Fair Stadium show!

Due to accessibility, I would put parts you don't use very often in those draws, particularly the draws near the shelves. Otherwise it will drive you nuts every time you went to those draws.

I find the Walmart near me rarely gets new Lego Star Wars releases and if they do, it is hit or miss.

I love how one of your solutions for the excess of parts is to build more and not buy less.

I finally started migrating my collection from bins to these drawers and it’s so much better. Love seeing vids like this Jordan, keep it up man!

Bricksie, you should have put the small tower on the right. Now you have trouble opening that top right drawer Try filling it or removing it in it's entirety. So, are you going to maker a drawer or two, for plants and so on? Or long plates? See about getting a few Boutique Hotel palm tree elements, combine them with your own version and see what it gets you. As for your Brick Heads, will they become leave heads?

Hi Bricksie - I think the Lego city looks fantastic and really like that you're reinventing the modular sets!!

I really need to invest in upgrading my LEGO studio. It works for my small scale MOC's and builds as well as my showcase display shelves...but the parts bins that I use are a mess. I need a nice system against the wall with many drawers and within (like you), smaller organizing bins. I also want to get a raisable HUSKY brand wood top work bench. Looks elegant enough for Interior studios but built like an industrial work bench and can handle 300+ pounds of weight. Build standing or sitting with the raisable feature. Thanks for the inspiration and the studio workflow upgrade video Jordan. Cheers bro!

If Edmonton Walmart can have good stuff with the spider locks, my small city Walmart can do it too and do away with the stupid glass cage that no one is buying from, a few good things in it too, luckily it's not big and doesn't have all the lego in it. I was surprised when I was visiting my grandparents in Nova Scotia a few months ago, a smaller town then mine, the Walmart had a much bigger selection and no glass

For my sorting I use the tiny containers at ikea they are a reasonable price and they are almost always in stock 👍

I wuold choose the long one because they let you see from the front what you have inside. with the square one the two on the back are hiddes looking from the front

I started a new parts storage system based on your Sterlite bins and Dollarama inserts. Works well, but man are those drawers expensive.

My local WalMart NEVER gets new releases on release day. It'll often take weeks before they update.

Keep the small doors for your small stuff. And in the new doors, put the ones you don't use as much. 😊

Wally's is gambling like many other retailers to hold off on sales now for Q4 thinking it's going to be a landslide but they've calculated wrong. Dwindling savings, a long expensive Summer and inflation is going to wreak havoc with low year-end Lego sales this year. If true, we'll see some great clearance in January.

Those containers almost fit in a spot I want to store my Lego. Unfortunately I have to go with a narrower version that’s 11 inches wide total with I think 9 inch drawers

From my experience shopping at Walmart for matchbox and nascars they tend to get stuff later than target could be a week could be a month depending on the location

our walmart is about a month behind when it comes tonew releases.

i only have a small table with a city and worry the mess it will be when if we are hit with an earthquake. Cant imagine if I had all those sets.😮. Im going to try to find those drawers at waltmart they look like they fit a lot.
