Of all the DIY trailers I have seen; this one is the coolest double-decker. Actually, the only double-decker I have seen. Awesome idea.

Not going to lie, wasn’t a big fun of this kind of satisfaction building content however you guys actually make it entertaining and a little bit educational! Definitely deserves a sub

The fact that they built this 2 story micro camper in their backyard is insanely good and waterproof. They can literally rent the camper out their friends or relatives and get a lot of money ❤

Hey, Chay, I know it might require compromising a mattress and re-building part of the camper, but I feel like a good idea would be a hatch to connect the floors so let's say it's raining and you're making something to eat, you could stay inside the camper and open the hatch to pass items back and forth. Just an idea, I've always been a fan of truck camping and the like, so I always think it's a good idea to have an easy and convenient way to get out of the elements.

I love this guy's content, every time he delivers a camper video I'm just so hooked and suddenly all I see is me binge watching trailer building videos

You could definitely attach some shelves to the outside of the trailer, just with some eye hooks. Then attach a big tarp, so you can set up an outdoor lounge area.

Way to be resilient! Such an awesome journey to get to the beach. Y’all gotta be proud of what you’ve made!

Looks sick! One thing i would add is a roof rack for a couple of spares and maybe some cargo nets inside. That way, you could leave stuff inside the camper instead of moving it back and forth from the vehicle. One more is maybe a hitch receiver for a cargo tray or bike rack. That way, even if you tow it with a smaller car, it's got a cargo tray for the generator, or whatever else is too big to fit in the vehicle

Looks great! only recommendation would be to protect the AC unit when it is driving. Rocks and debris hitting those fragile fins might bed and break them. A wooden cover with magnet might be sufficient.

i thought this would be like another faze rug type "diy" thing where they go to home depot and nail some plywood together, but this is something man! this is great!

This was way cooler and way more legit than i was expecting! Really turned out awesome guys! I love how you guys aren't worried about the details and just do it! The vent part made me smile! really liked that.

The A/C needs to be on the back due to road debris that hits the front. Likewise, the front/rear should have had the toughest wall construction, because of road debris.

Great idea and execution. That 'poor man's fiberglass' is slick. I know there are some that watched this and they'll be following suit very soon. The generator is a very good. If you ever build one you're gonna hang on to for 'a while' you could set up a battery system so you'd have power when you need it...without the noise., say at night to run the a/c. I'm really glad you didn't lose the trailer when the tire blew. Hope y'all had fun. ✌

Fun fact, if you layer enough cloth like you did with your "poor man's fiber glass" you can create pretty decent armor! The ancient greeks used it a lot, that type of armor is called linothorax

You sgould make the upper deck fold out of the way so you cna sit fully upright, maybe even stand inside if needed Would make hanging out inside much more inviting Could build it with hinges about 12 inches out frorm the non door wall, so the upper mattress, pillows, etc would also fold up on its side Its a cool little build 😊

I believe you put the bus windows upside down. Also, you could've put the AC in between floors, so half of it blows each space. Also, the AC radiator is going to get destroyed by road debris, better to put it at the back next time so it's protected.
