£1000 doesn't seem much to budget for a dress if you and your partner have well paid jobs and are planning a regal themed central London wedding 🤔

You cant get cheap and lavish at a bridal store that charges a premium, or has high quality dresses. If you want something lavish on a budget, thrift, secondhand, and middling quality stores can give you that. If you want something premium and high quality on a budget, you're going to have to keep the style very simple. I would personally opt for the first option.

That dress is beautiful. In my opinion Princess Diana's dress was not as beautiful in my eyes. Katie's dress was beautiful.

Of you can't afford it don't buy it...there's no excuse for trying on something you can't afford. Weddings are overrated...there's no need to spend an absorbent amt on a dress ...it's ridiculous! Chances are half the women that purchased these expensive gowns are divorced by now. An inexpensive wedding is more intimate & memorable than a wedding that looks like a circus

It was insanely rude of them to go over budget. But let’s talk about the pure love and support her family and friends gave. What they did is a level of love that no amount of money can buy.

Love Princess Diana. HATED her wedding dress! Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to poofy! How did she kiss her husband in that hot air balloon? Cause I can't see the groom getting close enough without stepping on and ripping the dress.

I didn't like the way the high neckline cut her off, the white mesh against her gorgeous skin tone, or the long sleeves. Those things looked kind of matronly, dated and larger on top. She was hidden by the dress. I actually thought the first dress was gorgeous and really flattered her figure. It was on budget too!

Sorry, David, Diana’s dress will not go down as an iconic fabulous dress. It was right for the time, but now it looked dated and tacky, and it was wrinkly the whole day because it was the wrong fabric choice for how she had to travel to the Abbey. The late Queen’s, Kate’s and even Anne’s and Margaret’s dresses were better.
