No one's talking about Tumi i.e. what a lovely little girl she must have been, for her friend's family to so readily and willingly take her into their family and home; what a great friend she must have been for her friend to be able to envisage sharing a bedroom (probably) 24/7 all year round year after year after year and have her in her private space, in her home, share her family with her. Tumi gave her friend a great new sister. Tumi gave her friend's family a great new daughter. They all needed her. There was room, a place, a space in their hearts and lives that was waiting on and had been created for and needed Tumi to fill. That space in their hearts and lives was exactly Tumi's shape and size. The exact measurements of Tumi's heart and spirit and soul. That's why there was and is and ever will be such a connection. The same applies with Jillian too. The benefits are mutual; going both ways. Look how her story started and look where it is. I'm just awed at GOD. The Master Planner.

This story made me cry all around. The story of her being guardianless and her best friend's family took her in. I believe she must be of good character or her friend's parents would have her live in their house. The idea that she had given up on love because of her size but still finding someone who loved her no matter what. She lost all of this weight and he still stuck by her because some men have a fat-fetish and discourage their partner from losing weight. Her grit and determination to lose all of that weight. But finally Jillian Michaels appearing at her appointment and paying for her dream dress. This is probably my favorite appointment of all.

I am in and out of hospital, and is not doing well. Not dying either, but not doing well, and she is there on the phone. I am a proud aunt to her girls.
