kamar abdelzahra agreed! I was going to say that it must be tough being a bridal model & trying on some many dresses, to where it feels more like a job instead of something that would be special. Only reason I say that, is because I’ve seen several episodes where bride models came in to shop for their dress & automatically they respond with “already tried it, don’t like it” to like 98% of the dresses.

I actually do like the bridesmaids a lot. In the end, they understood that it was her special day and no matter how much they liked the dress, the bride loved it, so they went along with her opinion.

"I just want you to be happy" SHOULD be the mantra of all the Mums, Grandmothers, Bridesmaids, Friends & Family of the Bride when they choose to go dress shopping with her. No nitpicking their dislikes , likes , wants etc. It's her day and as long as the bride is being reasonable with her requests and budget, what she picks is of NO concern to the rest.

honestly! unless she specifically asks for someone's opinion (i know for some people their mothers/grandmothers/etc opinions are highly important to them), then they should either say something nice or nothing at all. and even if they have negative feedback, they should frame it positively and remind both themselves and the bride that the dress is for her and she needs to be happy with it

This is the nicest disagreement I've seen on this show. I love that her friend gave her her honest opinion but at the same time respected the choice of the bride and was supportive of it. Wholesome, unconditional friendship.

I don't love the dress she picked and I'm glad her friend also said it, but what I appreciate the most is that when she realized that was the dress the bride wanted, she immediately backed down and decided to respect her opinion.

The dress that she chose was gorgeous. I am old school. I am not a fan of strapless wedding gowns. I prefer a sleeve, preferably 3/4 or full length. However, I did really like the dress with the cape.

I love that while her friends was like "its missing something in the front" - something i felt too. She was able to acknowledge what she wants and what the bride wants are two different things and thats such an amazing thing to see on the show!

The dress with the cape was divine! I would love to have seen her try that on with a veil. I think then she may have felt that it was ‘bridal' enough. No matter, she loved the dress she chose and that is all that matters.

I like how the bride was respectful to the consultants but also designers. She didn't call a dress ugly, but instead complimented and refused on personal preference basis. The friends were nice too, they voiced their opinions honestly, but once saw how she is drawn to it, they supported her decision.

I know what the friend was talking about. Everything about the dress was perfect, except for the front. Maybe if it was forn figure hugging it would look better. But at the end of the day she went along with what her friend wanted, as she should.
