More people have got to point these out. Better than walking around all day with something on your face. This Christmas, I only realized after looking through my photos of the day - from 3pm till the next day - that nobody, not a single soul in the span of 12 hours of socializing cared to tell me I had mistakenly smudged some eyeliner on my lower lashline.

Yes because in the end what they want is to look like and feel like q bride and they don't when the dress is too out there. The traditional dress just works to make them feel like the image they've imagined since they were six.

I like how patient and strong she was throughout the appointment. Many brides get overwhelmed after disliking less than a handful of dresses. Though she got frustrated in the end, she still remained calm and kept hope in finding something that spoke to her.

I wish that I had gone to a bridal store like this one where the staff really listen and want to help you find your perfect dress. I went to one bridal salon that carried the dress I really loved and wanted, but the person helping me was extremely rude and negative. Most of their samples were only in the smaller sizes and none were above a size 8. I was a size 14 and had been still losing weight, but she made me feel like I weighed over 500 pounds. I left in tears. I couldn’t find another store that carried it and because I had limited time to find one and I was planning on paying for it myself I let my bff take me to a few different places and I found a pretty dress, but it didn’t give me the bridal moment and they ordered the wrong size and the alterations hadn’t been done completely so it was huge on me and it felt like I had to constantly pull it up so I didn’t have a wardrobe malfunction. Ladies appreciate the changes that have happened since I got married 28 years ago.

They did the same with my mom. Said they would have to order it in a size 22. She said order her the 16 and she’ll fit in it. They tried to convince her to get the larger but she stood her ground. And the dress came in and she said it fit like a glove. And her photos look soooo good even 36 yrs later.

@@LiveLaughLove8489 yep my salon told me to order it in a size 14 because of my large hips but I’m about a 4/6 up top. I did my own calculations and ordered a size 8. It fit just right across my hips. It did need to be taken in a lot up top which was difficult because of the cap sleeves and all of this very intricate beading but imagine I ordered a size 14!

I picked a dress with the same waistline initially, I had a picture and showed the bridal shop and the designer, modified it with a dropped waist, which was so much more flattering. I had a similar figure, and yet you never see the dropped waist in this show.

It's hilarious and cute how brothers got bored waiting for their sister & they WENT TO FIND MORE DRESSES! :DDD I just love the energy of this family, when they laugh, they laugh!

i don’t blame her for trying on many dresses. if i’m paying a bunch of money for a dress, then i’m gonna make sure it’s what i want

Maaaan the 2nd dress was the best!! Compared to the final one, the waist of the 2nd hit just a tad lower and made a big difference, did wonders for her shape. And the off-shoulder straps looked elegant and just needed adjusting, maybe even add some strings of beading, would have been beautiful and could have hid the upper arm/chest trouble area! The one she picked did look nice of course, but the halter straps just instantly drop the maturity level and took away any elegance.. in my humble opinion. But who cares! As long as she felt great thats what matters 😊

Wish i could have had that experience. My mom walked around in the shop asif she couldnt be bothered everytime i came out with a dress on. Im having one made now but i have no idea if my dreamdress will be a nightmare or a lovely -all i could ever have dreamt of - dress.

OMG. Finally somebody said mosquito netting. I used to say this when I was shopping for my wedding dress. Most of shop owners was getting so angry at me that I called their dress mosquito netting. They felt Im insulting them =))) I love the second dress on her. she could change the straps on that.

I think i get why she wore so many. I can see smthg's either missing or looks too much in every dress. eg. the first one, the form was beautiful but the collar is not well done... etc etc
