You are in pain and dealing with the loss as well Kandi so your mother should have put aside her grief for one day and be there for you. I say this as a woman who did not have her brother at her wedding because he also died so I know of what I speak.

A guest should never have that strong an opinion. Bing often can look tacky. You do end up with something different than you think often so getting stuck on what someone said they wanted on the dress is ridiculous

Her best friend may know the bride's likes and dislikes but her "delivery" or the way she shes so "dogmatic" when speaking to her is just too much. My question to you Ms. Trenae is are you married? Have you ever had a day that was just for yourself? Even if you were right you could've let the dress you BOTH LOVED be her decision. It didn't have to come from your mouth it should've come from hers.😉🤯🥺
