Hey again guys, i had a follow up question if you wouldn’t mind - the reason I was considering bridging finance, was to avoid the stress of selling first & having to book a removal company/store my furniture somewhere, and then having to book them once again, once the new place is secured (doubling that cost). In the meantime it’s hard to get a short term rental after selling the first place, unless I spent a huge amount on an Airbnb. I also need a guaranteed peaceful and secure place to work from home at least 7 hours per day (and you never know what you’ll get with an Airbnb)
