I AM in LOVE!! 💚 I got some yesterday, that the store was throwing out. I was going to use it for compost n wasn't paying any attention to what it was, until i looked closely...👀! I have tried a few times to grow it from seed, without success. Some stalks have pink broccoli looking pods, its flowering. I know that I have to cut those off. Hopefully they're not too old to propagate. I want to let some go to flower. They r exceptional, like Lotus. 💚💮 Thanks for sharing your skills. 🙏💚

A diferença de espinafre nosso creio que seja o sol o ano todo...o nosso as folhas são verdes escuras e mais grossas...tb encontro muito na praia em plena areia e no meio de pedras...onde moro ...até colho muitas vezes.

不要用塑料桶做肥料或种菜，塑料里的毒素会融入肥料里，肥料浇在菜里，被人吃进去会伤害身体。要用食品安全级别的玻璃瓶子做肥料液。用瓦盆或没经过化学处理的木头做菜床种菜。

Maraming variety ng Spinach & ang Alugbati (Malabar Spinach) is one of those. Ang Kangkong is also a Spinach (Water Spinach). I hope this answered your question.😉🙂
