Excelente vídeo, me gustó, solo dos cosas como se llama esta variedad de espinaca, el abono que le proporcionas lo compras o lo preparas, por acá se da una variedad de hojas y tallos morado con un gran crecimiento y desarrollo, es un poco rústica pero al baño maría, rebuelta con huevo es muy rica y nutritiva, se propaga por estaca y semillas, los pájaros y la iguana les encanta, tuve una y me la acabaron, pero en el sector rural sembrando muchas creo que nos dejen algo o protegerla con maya. Bueno amigo felicitaciones por ese compartimiento de conocimiento, gracias cuídate.
